Sales rep, Juan Vazquez, was very knowledgeable about the Honda Fit. He explained many details of the car during my test drive. He was sincere and very helpful throughout the entire sales/finance process. Several members of the Honda Morristown team greeted me, shook my hand and asked if I would like refreshments. I am very happy to have bought the Honda Fit from Honda Morristown. More

Buying a car Or taking a whipping i hate buying a car! But my car was totaled and I needed wheels. plus I'm an old lady, ( hate to acknowledge that). So I researched vehicles and ma i hate buying a car! But my car was totaled and I needed wheels. plus I'm an old lady, ( hate to acknowledge that). So I researched vehicles and made an appt. at Morristown Honda to drive a Civic Hybrid. I was listened to, I was shown the car of choice. Rodney went over all the features of the vehicle. Many of these things I wasn't even aware of after research. After driving the car and agreeing on price..I think this is the first time I ever left a car lot feeling I had bought at a fair price. The entire process remains exhausting, however. The amount of paperwork in duplicate, the required signature on so many pieces of paper (transfer of title, declining of "plans", committing to insurance et., etc.). Entire forests are decimated in the purchase of one vehicle. And all the staff was so kind and thoughtful. From the receptionist to the mechanic who was able to change the dashboard messages from French to English and to Todd who walked me through the computer mechanics of my car. I would recommend them and if I live long enough to get another car I would go back there. More

We developed a problem with our 2014 Odyssey while traveling, and the dealership was kind enough to work us into the schedule on extremely short notice. She set up my radio stations f I just purchased a new Honda at this dealership on Saturday. Rachel Ullery the Delivery Coordinator was most helpful. She set up my radio stations for me as I am very technology minded and she also showed my how to use all of the other bells and whistles. Zachariah Walker was my salesman and he also did an excellent job as did other people I met, Andy Irwin, and Greg the finance man were also both very nice, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new Honda. More

NO Pressure Sales!!! Rodney allowed us to the time to fall in love with the car before saying a word. Had only planned to test drive. I went in with plans to just test drive a new Honda CR-V. I was still content with my older model but wanted to see if I could tell a difference in a I went in with plans to just test drive a new Honda CR-V. I was still content with my older model but wanted to see if I could tell a difference in a newer model. I was approached by Rusty Shehee, who wasn't pushy at all, and made a recommendation for me to try. He pointed out all the new safety features as I drove and by the end of the drive, I wanted to buy the car that day!! He and the finance guy, Greg Frazier, made me a deal on my trade in and the new 2015 CR-V. They went to great lengths to find me a gray one, which had to be brought in. There was no need to go to Knoxville to find exactly what I wanted! Then, when it arrived a couple of days later, Rachel Ullery went out of her way to explain all the interior features to me and help me with the technology. She even set up my phone for Bluetooth which I probably would never have figured out on my own!!! I couldn't be happier with the service I received nor with my new car!!! More

Amazing Experience I have shopped for cars many places in my life, and this by far was the best experience yet! Normally at a car lot the salesperson would be interested I have shopped for cars many places in my life, and this by far was the best experience yet! Normally at a car lot the salesperson would be interested simply in the money and nothing else. That is not the case here. Rusty made sure I invested in a car perfect for me from my want list.The rest of the team, Alex made sure I not only got the car I wanted but at an awesome interest rate and with warranty! I was so pleased I sent my mother there the next week to purchase her car. They treated her just as well! There is no doubt this is where I will go for any needs in the future! Awesome experience! More
