Honda has a quality car and professional staff but we were truly sold by the warranty. We've owned the car 3 days and recommended Morristown Honda to at least 10 others already. More

Great price, lacking in customer service after the sale Honda sells it's self. Honda of Morristown had a great price. The finance person was overly pushy at trying to sell extra warranties, and bringing a Honda sells it's self. Honda of Morristown had a great price. The finance person was overly pushy at trying to sell extra warranties, and bringing a second person in to confirm he had covered us on the additional warranties was just a tactic to make one more attempt to sell the products.. The follow up visit to learn about the vehicle we purchased a week earlier was void of any customer service or concern. Todd our salesman immediately pushed us off to Shirley, who was busy at the time. Shirley was new at the job and knew very little about the vehicle and after asking someone else to answer some questions we had she disappeared and could not be found. So we left. The service tech that came out to help Shirley answer our questions was great. Bottom line other than the great price there is no need to return to this dealership if the price can be matched elsewhere. More
