At 77 years of age, and having had a license since I was 16, I have had the experience of buying many cars. My experience with Honda Cars of Rock Hill and Justin Westall was probably the best ever. Justin was as intuitive and helpful as possible, and his manner and demeanor were exemplary. My wife and I never once felt pushed or pressured. Yet, he was amazingly thorough and patient. I cannot express how pleased my wife and I were with the entire car-buying experience at Honda Cars of Rock Hill and Justin Westall was the key element in all of it! This is the second time Ihave been into Honda of Rock Hill to have my car serviced. Also, the second time I have had to wait three hours for an oil change. It is not worth the trouble. The first time I went in to have the carpets cleaned and an oil change and only half of the work was completed and had to wait an additional hour. Today's experience was three hours for just an oil change. Watching other customers having tires rotated and full details done leaving in thirty minutes is exuberantly frustrating.Customer service is void in this department at Honda at Rock Hill. I would have much rather paid extra money and gone to pep boys. Horrid experiences each time I come into this place make for a non-returning customer. More

Mike Easley was an excellent help. We always enjoy doing business with him. I highly recommend working with Mike. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Judy Gibson. I felt that we were just a number and she rushed us through the financing process. It has been three business days and we still don't know who our vehicle is financed through. When we asked if she would call the insurance company, she stated she didn't have time for that. I knew it was a simple call to make, so I did so from my cell phone. Another salesman let me use his computer in order to print my insurance cards. I was disappointed with Judy's customer service. More
I own a honda primarily for the service I receive from Honda Cars of Rock Hill. I have owned other cars and received very poor car service after the sale. This was my first time buying a car. I was nervous and a little overwhelmed. Justin Westall was very understanding and helpful during the decision making process. I'm still my daddy's little girl so I had to talk it over with him. My dad, who always worries that I'll be taken advantage of, was very pleased with the service I got. I think that speaks volumes since he lives 500 miles away. I had a Honda before, and I must say this Dealership has been the best that I've been to. I plan taking my new car for all services there, even though there is one closer to my house. I am very happy in my new car and the new relationship that I have with Honda of Rock Hill. More

I own a 2005 Pilot that was purchased new from this dealership. I have always had excellent service and have never taken "Rosie" to another service center. Even though she has 125,000 miles on her, w dealership. I have always had excellent service and have never taken "Rosie" to another service center. Even though she has 125,000 miles on her, we are warmly greeted and treated to the best customer service possible. Today was no different. I had an appointment for a routine oil change, but knew I could need front breaks. I knew this because I my car is inspected each time so I can plan for major work. Michael checked out my car and explained that it was time to fix my breaks. Everything went as planned and I enjoyed my wait in a comfortable waiting room. Today, customer service seems to be a "thing of the past". Please don't change. You have a costomer for life! More
I stopped by to see what it would cost to have a "brake lamp" problem fixed. I was surprised that the dealership was able to go ahead and fix the problem right then, since it was 4:30 or after when "brake lamp" problem fixed. It's nice to be able to do that,since my schedule at work is so inconsistent (mostly long hours). Connie is always so helpful. I really like dealing with her and with Chris. Thanks so much for helping me. As a single female, I don't like car issues of any kind. It's good to be able to trust a dealership to not take advantage of me and what I don't know! More
