I often wonder why I come to this service department, every single time I take my car in they miss the boat by far. It's simple. When a customer walks in, make eye contact, say, Good morning, I will be every single time I take my car in they miss the boat by far. It's simple. I understand being busy, but it is inexcusable to walk into a place of business and no one looks up and there are 5+ desk areas. You get the feeling they are avoiding making eye contact,because then they will actually have to help you. I am a loyal Honda customer and never had this feeling when I lived in another area. I always feel like the pricing or service is not the honest truth. One plus, with my last visit they discounted my part and service, as the diagnostic revealed nothing was wrong. That was nice, but the bigger picture, your service department lacks a nice friendly atmosphere. That is not ok and again makes me wonder, why not go some place else? More
I am rating this dealership as high as you could possibly get. The service was amazing. Not only was it quick, but everyone was extremely friendly and eager to complete the tasks at hand. I like taking my car to have it services there. This time I had my dad take my car in for the oil change and this is the only time I have ever had to pay the full price for my service. Not sure why because I always have a coupon to receive money off or they have one on file. Not sure what happened this time. I am a little disappointed in that and the fact that my car was not sent through the car wash that is offered for free. I know this is not a lot but in today economy all my savings are huge especially since I am a teacher. This is the first time this has happened. Not mad at anyone but disappointed not to get my discounts. I will be back though. Thanks for the great service so far. More

He took time to listen to what we were looking for in our next vehicle and then he showed us the minivans that he could offer and explained all the features and benefits that each model had to offer. After reviewing the minivans we decided that they did not meet our budget so we decided to consider other models. Justin suggested and showed us the new CRV's and we were sold. My wife and I have been married over 40 years and we have purchased many cars. We were very impressed with Justin and his knowledge of all the various product lines that Honda could offer us. I am 6' 4" tall and my wife is about a foot shorter than I am. It is hard for us to find a vehicle that we both can drive comfortably. The CRV fit both of us very nicely so we made the decision to buy the 2012 CRV-EX. I have been a sales and marketing professional for over 35 years. I have done business throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. During that time I have worked and managed some excellent sales and marketing professionals. Justin Westall provided us with an exceptional buying experience that exceeded all of our expectations. I look forward to sending my friends to Justin to buy their next new or used vehicle. More

We were taken in for service on the spot, even though we did not have an appointment. The suggested maintenance was described in detail and prices were given before we agreed to the service.
