I was involved in a very bad accident on December 8th 2011. My 2007 Honda CRV had to be totaled but it saved my life. I survived the accident without a scratch. I came back to Honda Cars of Rockhill and purchased a 2011 Honda CRV again {although I live in Columbia}. Russ & Wesley went to great lenghts to see that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you so much for all your efforts. I was thrilled to have Danny helping me again. I'm overjoyed to drive home my new Honda CRV, thanking God each minute for my CRV and the life he gave back to me. I won't take another breath for granted. I have dealt with Honda Cars of Rock Hill for many years. I have always had the best of service. As a single woman, I do worry about being stranded on the highway. I have mentioned to them before that I didn't want that to happen, and they have been very thorough to insure that the mechanical aspects of my car are in great shape. When I have taken my car in for service, they are prompt to take the car into the shop and begin work on it. When I've needed a loaner vehicle, they've connected me with a good provider, who has treated me well. when I've asked questions, I've gotten knowledgeable answers. This last visit, I inquired about the strength of my battery. They checked it and said it was fine. They could have told me it needed to be replaced, and I would have had to go with their recommendation. They could have taken advantage of me, and I would not have known the difference. But, they didn't do that at all. Working with a dealership that employs trustworthy people means a lot to me. That is why I go there over and over again! More

My car was serviced just recently with several problems, although I was only able to have one of the problems fixed due to cost. The torque converter was replaced.
