I have always owned American made cars. And having the vehicles serviced was a nightmare. After owning our Odyssey and having it serviced, I don't know if I will ever buy anything other than a Honda. He was promoted to another dealership is no longer there. Now Connie Underwood takes care of all my service needs. I highly recommend her. Thanks to the service department at Honda Cars of Rock Hill we have not bought a car in over 10 years, so we were a bit nervous and sad to see our old van go. Our beloved 2002 Honda Odyssey had over 239,000 miles on it so was time to move on. Justin asked us what we were looking for and we explained that we wanted the van we had with fewer miles. Justin understood us and went out of his way to make us happy. His integrity is above reproach. He is a great salesman but more importantly he is a wonderful person with a big heart and for that we are grateful! More
I am new to Rock Hill and stopped by to make an appointment for an oil change and to have someone look at a small chip in my front windshield. Chris was very quick to head to my car and look at the appointment for an oil change and to have someone look at a small chip in my front windshield. Chris was very quick to head to my car and look at the windshield and said that they could work me in for an oil change right away. After checking it was determined that I needed two filters replaced besides the oil filter and he showed me the price. Naturally, I would have liked to have paid less but all in all the overall my impression was completely positive and I will be returning. More

Usually great - this service experience was not up to par. The amount of time quoted me for the service was off; my car sat outside 35 minutes before anyone told me it was done (said they were doing pape par. I asked for a car wash and did not receive one. I reminded them about my rewards program but was not given the points until I was checking out and had to ask again. I dealt with 3 different employees and all were very unconcerned with my time or requests. I have going to Honda Cars of Rock Hill for 12 years and it is due to the excellent customer service that I return. One bad experience makes me rethink my next car purchase. More

Chris Rice informed me of the most critical items and let me decide which ones to leave out. He wasn't pushey about having everything done that was listed but informed me of the most necessary. He also called me about an item that the service tech found defective and let me know the price before the work was done. This is better than some service departments that go ahead and do the work and tell you after the fact. I have found that your service people are very professional in their work. More

I called Jim Scott before arriving with the intention of test driving a Civic and gave him my "wants" and price range. When I arrived several hours later, he was prepared with several choices. The Civic did not "float my boat", so he looked at other options with used and new cars, and different types of financing. I came home with a 2012 Accord with a lower payment than I ever expected and a price that made me feel comfortable.
