I bought my CR-V from Honda of Rock Hill 4 years ago and the service I received each time I went in to have the oil changed was always courteous, confident, and professional. When I was waiting on an oil change 2 years ago I saw the Crosstour and thought it was Gorgeous and much as I enjoyed my CR-V, I have been keeping an eye out for a good deal on a Crosstour. When I went online last week and saw the fantastic $2999 down and $219 per month Crosstour deal I took my CR-V in and bought a Silver Crosstour LX with black interior and elegant wood trim. My Honda Crosstour is Powerful, Practical, and sooooo Pretty! Can't decide which feature I like best! The rear view camera, being able to load 6 CDs, the way the back seats flop down flat when I pull the handles, the sun roof, lumbar back support in the driver's seat or the hands free cell phone set up! My purchase experience was terrific too! Jimmy Cologne was the first salesperson in the office Friday morning and did a good job of helping me with the purchase. He was off when I picked up my car the next day so Senior Sales Consultant Jim Scott took the time to show me how to use each feature and even set up my iPhone so I can be Hands Free in the car. Give Jim a call and go get a Crosstour! More
I had my car in for a torque converter replacement under warranty. During the process they didn't install one of the axle seals properly so it was leaking transmission fluid. When I called to let them know warranty. During the process they didn't install one of the axle seals properly so it was leaking transmission fluid. When I called to let them know the problem they got me in right away and took care of it. Oddly enough they did the same thing again...the seal wasn't installed properly so I had to come back a 2nd time. They did all the repairs in a timely manner at no charge and even filled my car up with gas for the inconvienence. I've driven Honda automobiles for the last 30 years and these folks are by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. More

My salesman was extremely friendly,helpful but not pushy. He treated me with respect and trust. The finance manager was organized and efficient and knowledgeable. I took my car in on a Saturday afternoon after it would not stay cranked. Found out the head gasket was blown. My husband was able to get a good used vehicle using our old car as a downpayment. Our saleman did everything he could to help us along the the finance guy. We have never had such good, attentive and prompt service as we received at this dealership. The gas gage was not working on the vehicle and our salesman took care of getting it fixed at Burns Chevrolet as the vehicle we purchased was a used Chevrolet Trail Balzer with no cost to us. This meant so much to us to have someone who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help a customer. We will be getting another car in the future when my 1988 Volvo dies and we will definitely be coming back to Honda here in Rock Hill as a direct result of this experience. Again thanks for a great sales experience and one of the best car salesman we have had the pleasure of doing business with.
