I just purchased my daughter a 2012 Honda Accord. This is the third vehicle I have purchaed from HCRH. The third purchase was as good as the first. I have never been to a car dealership where the service department has been as helpful, friendly, & considerate as Honda Cars of Rock Hill. I didn't know this type of service even existed when working wit department has been as helpful, friendly, & considerate as Honda Cars of Rock Hill. I didn't know this type of service even existed when working with car repairs! I have been multiple times for regular service along with having to have something repaired. If the repair is going to take longer than a couple of hours, I have been offered a car to use or been offered a ride. There are always snacks and drinks provided in the roomy, clean waiting area. The service is above and beyond any other place I have been to in the past. This is also why my next car purchase will be made at HCRH! My last experience just this past Monday, my car had to be towed in because it wouldn't start. They provided the towing service so I didn't have to. The only thing on this visit was my driver sideview mirror was somehow damaged while on site. But when I called back, I was given an apology and an appointment to come back for them to check it out this Saturday. Always courteous and easy to work with. I did not have to wait at all. Chris immediately took my key and started the process of getting my car serviced. The waiting area is clean and well-stocked with water, coffee, and even pastries. I was advised by Chris that a cabin filter needed to be replaced and told him to do so. The person who took my money was friendly and helpful as well. I just wish parts/labor prices weren't so high, but that is probably out of the control of this particular dealership. More

I had a repeat problem with my tire pressure and tried to resolve it myself with balancing the air pressure in each tire. I was unsuccessful and called the Honda Cars Rock Hill’s Service department. They wer resolve it myself with balancing the air pressure in each tire. I was unsuccessful and called the Honda Cars Rock Hill’s Service department. They were able to give me an appointment that day; resolve my problem and no charge because it turned out to be a repeat tire leak from having a nail removed and tire patched. I am happy to have this service department to depend on. I am always pleased with the customer service, comfortable waiting area, explanation of the repair. After our introduction to Sales Associate Steve Morris we indicated our desire to check out the new 2012 Honda CRV. Steve suggested the best way to do that would be for him to bring up one from the lot wit indicated our desire to check out the new 2012 Honda CRV. Steve spent a lengthy amount of time explaining ALL the systems to us which was great. We then proceeded to put the CRV through it's paces on a test drive. We indicated to Steve our displeasure with the amount of road noise with our 2007 CRV. He took us to an area so we could specifically check the improvements in the sound deadening materials added to the new model to correct that problem. After we decided to purchase the new model, we found out they didn't have the Sage Color which was our first choice. No Problem, he said we'll get it for you. Two days later we drove home with exactly what we wanted. I can't say enough about everyone evolved with the processing of the entire deal from beginning to end. Just had my first oil change service on my 2012 Honda Civic. I bought the car new in January with the oil change service plan and paint treatment included. I could not be more happy with their service that I received. I needed a car to drive while mine was being serviced and they loned me a 2008 Honda to drive. When I picked my car up the next day everything was completed just as they had promised. I rate the service department with a 10 out of 10. Thanks, Edward More
