I and my husband needed a 3rd car we having been looking for a while now. We live in Walkertown NC my husband works in Greensboro NC and my daughter is going to college in Winston Salem NC. My husband was looking online when he came across Honda Cars Rock Hill Of SC. He found me my DREAM CAR the 2005 Nissan 350Z white with blue top! IT had under 50,000 miles on it the car was AWESOME looking to be 9 years old. I am 51 years old and I never thought in a million years that we would get this car right now!! We live about 2 hours away from the dealership. Mr. Al Porta was the salesman who helped us he was great and very helpful and kind and stayed on the phone with us back and forward and came in on Saturday his day off March 8 2014 to seal the deal. He went way and above for us!!! I really want to give Andy Hicks the Sales Manager all the CREDIT he went way and above to get us approved for the car we didn't have perfect credit. He was OUTSTANDING to us he didn't judge us. He is a real people person very nice to us we really liked him a lot! I also wanted to Thank Justin Westall he was the Business Manager who handled our finance on the car he made us feel very welcome and he explained everything way and above to us he was great! I and My husband would 100% tell other people to go to Honda Cars Rock Hill in SC!!! We LOVE the CAR I am still in shock that the CAR is in our carport!!! My initial draw to this dealership was from an internet ad on the Honda Cars of Rock Hill website for a '13 Accord Coupe LX-S, manual transmission. Since manual transmissions are rare in Accords, I decide ad on the Honda Cars of Rock Hill website for a '13 Accord Coupe LX-S, manual transmission. Since manual transmissions are rare in Accords, I decided to visit the dealership and take a test drive. Sale Associate Bruce Rudd was excellent to work with as he was courteous, professional, relaxed, and personal. Within an hour of the test drive, Bruce and other associates were working with me to provide the best offer possible. I was feeling a bit under the weather and unsure about purchasing the Accord since my purpose was to simply test drive it. I was advised I could take the Accord home to drive it more and make sure I liked it. Once I drove the car home, I was sold. Unfortunately, I felt very bad the following day and was concerned Bruce would be calling to finalize the sale or have the car returned. Thankfully, he was very understanding and said that whenever I felt better, we could resume discussing the sale of the Accord or drop it off. I felt a bit better by early evening and decided to finalize the sale of the Accord. Bruce and the rest of the sales team made every effort to move the process along quickly and smoothly. If you are tired of high-pressure dealerships and looking for more the "spa" treatment, Honda Cars of Rock Hill is the place to go and Bruce Rudd is the sales associate to work with! Thank you Bruce! I was greeted in a friendly manner by Mike Shaw when searching for a vehicle. While searching for a used vehicle I wasn't able to find what I wanted with all features I wanted. Mike Shaw then showed me searching for a vehicle. While searching for a used vehicle I wasn't able to find what I wanted with all features I wanted. Mike Shaw then showed me a brand new 2014 Honda Accord Sport, it had all the features I was looking for in a vehicle. Thinking this car was far outside of what I would be able to afford, Mike then teamed up with Pete Piston and Andrew Hicks in the Finance Department who were able to work an amazing deal on the vehicle. They all communicated with me as to what was going on with getting the vehicle approval, which to me was shocking that the finance reps would call and talk to me personally. I am really greatful for the deal they created for me and will be returning to them in the future and referring anyone that I know. More

i am now the owner of my 3rd honda accord! i walked into the honda place on 8/29 at 7pm they close at 8pm.. i met mike shaw with a smile on his face i told him upfront what i wanted and what i wanted as far the honda place on 8/29 at 7pm they close at 8pm.. i met mike shaw with a smile on his face i told him upfront what i wanted and what i wanted as far as a price and payment.. i told him the 11 years ago i purchaed my 2001 honda accord with Ron Buchanan. he said he would let ron know i came by and took all of my documents and info.. by 8/30/2013 2pm i got a call from Ron Buchanan and he said he had good new i called him back and was told i was approved.. i was so happy i set a time when i could come back on 8/31/13 to complete my purchase. mike shaw and Ron Buchanan were both there and waiting to assist me step by step. i felt very comfortable and they both were helpful and honest with me about my purchase, Financing and what to expect. it was a very easy process i was even able to go on a test drive with mike shaw.. i didnt have to ask them for anything everything was there for me on a sliver platter even down to access to their email to send information electronically. the business manager took his time and explained everything to me even let me charge my cellphone in his office to get my reference infomation for him.. everyone treated me like a human and not a sell.. i love hondas i am now the proud owner of a 2012! i am so thankful to have met each one of these guys and hope to work with them in the future for my next car purchase! thank you MIKE, RON AND PETE for treating me like family!!!!
