Not your typical car dealership Buying a car should be a pleasant experience, BUT ... there's the haggling and wondering if you got the best deal and then trying to sort out the trut Buying a car should be a pleasant experience, BUT ... there's the haggling and wondering if you got the best deal and then trying to sort out the truth from fiction. Am i right? My experience was so totally different. I actually had fun buying my 2014 Accord and trading my 2008 Accord. I did my homework, gathered information from various internet sites and then went to Honda Cars of Rock Hill. From the sales manager to the salesman, as well as the financial guys, all treated me with respect and didn't insult my intelligence. I am not easily pleased, but I had my socks knocked off. I was so impressed, I asked to see Joel Suggs, the GM, to complement him on his staff. Ya gotta go here. If they can't make you happy, no dealership can! Melanie Meehan Fort Mill, SC More

A Wonderful Experience!! I began my car shopping online and submitted a request for a Honda Fit. At the time, I was specifically looking for a 13 Fit Sport but before driving I began my car shopping online and submitted a request for a Honda Fit. At the time, I was specifically looking for a 13 Fit Sport but before driving 40 minutes to the dealer I wanted to confirm they had the vehicle in inventory. Shortly after submitting my request, I received an email from Jim letting me know he was verifying it if was available. Next we began discussing why I chose the Fit and what my vehicle needs really were. The Honda Civic turned out to be a better fit for my needs and Jim was able to locate one with the exact color and options I wanted. We scheduled an appointment with him and submitted all of our information via their website. This created an absolutely exceptional experience. We arrived the vehicle was already in the detail shop getting cleaned for us, paperwork was ready for us to sign and we were on our way with a new 2014 Honda Civic. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was able to explain to Jim my expectations and he went above and beyond them. More

Saved the day Being a frequent traveler, my radio has often been a lifesaver. Recently my young daughter left the ignition on in my 2008 Acura and caused the batte Being a frequent traveler, my radio has often been a lifesaver. Recently my young daughter left the ignition on in my 2008 Acura and caused the battery to die. After jump starting the car I discovered the radio did not work and also required a code to re- activate. While I appreciate the anti- theft measures that Acura took in suspending my radio, my traveling partner (radio) was now gone and I had no idea how to re-activate it. A few days and much frustration later, I ran into Andy Hicks, sales manager, from your store and he went above and beyond to help me resolve the radio issue by putting me in touch with the service manager Gus who also was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous...... Many, many thanks to the great staff at Honda Cars of Rock Hill. You have been a lifesaver! More

GREAT! My 97 Audi blew the timing belt, so it was time for a new car. Jim Scott and Jerry Whitehead helped me, and in fact Jerry suggested I test drive the A My 97 Audi blew the timing belt, so it was time for a new car. Jim Scott and Jerry Whitehead helped me, and in fact Jerry suggested I test drive the Accord Sport after I had been thinking of a CRZ. I loved it! To be sure I was not over payiong I checked online to see what others were paying, I emailed other local area Honda dealers to see how they compared, and when I emailed Jim Scott with my results, he matched the best price, plus all the extras the other dealers were trying to lure me with. I'm super happy right now and definitely recommend you give them a shot. My only request is that they don't sell too many more Accord Sports especially in that beautiful black...lol. More

high pressure sales tactics. Over exaggerated needed repair missed by their service department, that has been doing all maintenance. I did not authorize them to sell my information. regardless of your canned apology, I will not be bringing my vehicle back in to be serviced nor will I consider you for a new purchase when I buy. I and my husband needed a 3rd car we having been looking for a while now. We live in Walkertown NC my husband works in Greensboro NC and my daughter is going to college in Winston Salem NC. My husband was looking online when he came across Honda Cars Rock Hill Of SC. He found me my DREAM CAR the 2005 Nissan 350Z white with blue top! IT had under 50,000 miles on it the car was AWESOME looking to be 9 years old. I am 51 years old and I never thought in a million years that we would get this car right now!! We live about 2 hours away from the dealership. Mr. Al Porta was the salesman who helped us he was great and very helpful and kind and stayed on the phone with us back and forward and came in on Saturday his day off March 8 2014 to seal the deal. He went way and above for us!!! I really want to give Andy Hicks the Sales Manager all the CREDIT he went way and above to get us approved for the car we didn't have perfect credit. He was OUTSTANDING to us he didn't judge us. He is a real people person very nice to us we really liked him a lot! I also wanted to Thank Justin Westall he was the Business Manager who handled our finance on the car he made us feel very welcome and he explained everything way and above to us he was great! I and My husband would 100% tell other people to go to Honda Cars Rock Hill in SC!!! We LOVE the CAR I am still in shock that the CAR is in our carport!!!
