Stellar Car Buying Experience From the second I stepped foot on the lot until the moment I drove off, the experience was top notch! I was warmly greeted by Jerry Whitehead as I approached the front doors. He immediately made me feel welcomed and was genuine in his desire to help me out. Jerry was honest and upfront from the get go. After listening to my wants and needs, he showed his expertise by delivering the exact car I had in mind. I soon met Andy Hicks, whom also did everything in his power to make me feel at ease while the trade in process started. Joel Suggs also ensured my experience was stellar. Every detail on the process was clearly explained and at no time did I feel any pressure. This was literally no hassle. These guys are so professional, it changed my whole perspective on the car buying experience. In addition to Jerry and Andy, a gentleman named Russ took the time to come over and introduce himself. He congratulated me on my new car and I could tell he was sincerely happy for me. Other various members of the staff offerred to get me something to drink. Awesome! New Honda Pilot Purchase This Week I requested that Honda of Rock Hill obtain for me a White 2016 Pilot EX AWD w/ Honda Sensing. Russ assured me he would get that exact vehicle and to I requested that Honda of Rock Hill obtain for me a White 2016 Pilot EX AWD w/ Honda Sensing. Russ assured me he would get that exact vehicle and told me in advance it would arrive sometime this week. Russ called the day it was ready. I then test drove, purchased, financed, reviewed the car's features, sync'ed my phone and drove home with it ALL IN UNDER TWO HOURS!!!!!
