Honda Cars of Rock Hill responded

Our number one goal is to make our customers happy and we apologize that we were unable to do so. The price we discussed prior to your visit, was an approximate price as we had not appraised your vehicle in person. The 2015 Mustang we took in as a trade was appraised correctly and priced without the GT package ($2,500 option when purchased new). Unfortunately, when it was uploaded to the website, the vin decoder incorrectly stated the package was included. We did not realize this error until you came in to see it and told us it didn’t have the GT package but a lesser NADA used car $700 add-on. We apologized for the confusion, explained that it was appraised without the GT package and told you we would sell you the 2015 Mustang for what we owned the vehicle for. We also corrected the website ad as soon as it was discovered during your visit. Unfortunately, the ad was only temporarily fixed because the software had decoded the vin inaccurately only to push out the wrong info each day as it was polled at 8 am. We have now taken the vehicle offline until we can get it up correctly. We tried to work out a deal but when we could not, we filled up your gas tank for your trouble. We apologize for your inconvenience.
