Jim Scott is the Man! I am so happy to write this review. For so many years I dreaded the experience that was to come when entering a car dealership. Today I experienced ho I am so happy to write this review. For so many years I dreaded the experience that was to come when entering a car dealership. Today I experienced honesty, fairness, patience and total understanding. Jim Scott is by far the best auto salesman I have ever dealt with. He listened to what my needs are, understood my financial situation having, recently become a widow at 57, and truly cared about making this new car purchase happen; the best way it could for my personal situation. There was no high pressure, no intimidation tactics, no bull. I am home, happy with my new CRV and still amazed at what a great experience I had today. I have already contacted family members to tell them how wonderful Jim Scott is and how impressed I am with him and Honda of Rock Hill. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Philip to discuss warranties, etc , and he , too, was pretty much straight up about what my needs and concerns might be in the future with caring for and servicing my new car. Mine was a two part transaction, with trading in my late husband's beloved Mini Van and purchasing something newer and smaller. I experienced total fairness with both transactions and pricing. I did alot of online research before going into the dealership, to educate myself. Jim and I spoke together about information I had gathered, as if one friend speaking to another. He is definitely one of the "good guys" in an extremely tough industry. I am thankful to Jim Scott, Philip and Rock HIll HOnda!!! Simply the best. Debby Phillips More
