Sales and Finance Team - Beyond Excellent Jim Scott and Matt Donovan went above and beyond to help me get a new car and my son a used car in the same visit!!!! I began working with Honda Cars of Rock Hill several years ago with a very low credit score. I keep coming back because, even with a not so good credit score, they never said no. After 10+ years of hard work and cleaning up my credit I was just able to purchase myself my first new vehicle and help my son get a used vehicle. The purchase of these two cars make a total of 5 cars I have purchased from Honda Cars of Rock Hill and honestly I will always use them for any future purchases I may need. Finding great customer service is hard to come by and they both proved that they know what great customer service really is. They take care of you no matter what the situation is and really work to give you the best deal they can and not many dealerships can say that. In the past, the sales and finance team at this dealership provided me options when no one else would and for that I will forever be grateful! Today, I can say that because of my hard work to improve my credit score and their continued focus on customer service they were able to provide me an option where I could purchase a brand new car when I didn't think that it was even possible...
