Dealership is typical of all dealerships since they work on commission but with a twist towards individualization/service. Two very disappointing experiences: 1. Someone else was allowed to clean out our old car. I discovered driving a mile down the road that my parking permit was eliminated from the cleanout. Called immediately and went to get it back. Then two days later found two wireless headphones for the kids, a Tervis cup for one of the kids and our litter box were also missing and not to be retrieved. Yes, we should have inspected it but Yes, they should have either been more careful or not done it at all. 2. We had driven an EXL and asked for another color. When given the keys to a similar color we wanted and we agreed to purchase we did not know until after papers were signed that we bought an EX without the features we thought we were getting. The salesman could have made more commission and the agency could have made more money and we would have been happier. 3. 24 hours later had to take the car back because the tires were low on air, strange that not checked. Note to self: do not be confused/pressured because you see something you like, the salesman wants commission and it's almost closing time. Should have walked away and come back another day. More
