Purchased my pre owned Hyundai Tucson Limited from a Subaru dealership in Memphis Tn to my regret because they put in too much engine oil and didn’t drain to proper level even after I brought it to ther Subaru dealership in Memphis Tn to my regret because they put in too much engine oil and didn’t drain to proper level even after I brought it to there attention along with several other issues. I realized that Homer Skelton Hyundai was right up the road from Marshall County so I brought my vehicle to them and they drained the oil to factory specification along with a 140 point diagnostic inspection. Doug (Assist Service Manager) was very pleasant and professional and didn’t charge me anything for the services they rendered me that day, which included topping off (because both were low) my radiator and window washer fluids. Doug also took the time to register my vehicle with Hyundai Motor Corporation which was well appreciated. Great service from a group of great servicemen. J Wilson To be continued. More
I had to get the engine replace due to oil consumption that was a failure on the engine, not consumer, I picked up the car on a Wednesday after the engine was replaced, the following Thursday I noticed it that was a failure on the engine, not consumer, I picked up the car on a Wednesday after the engine was replaced, the following Thursday I noticed it was smoking real bad and I took it back on the Friday they discovered due to their negligence the valve cover was cracked and replace that, A few days later the check engine light come on I took it back and they said they would not cover it, I am the original owner and have always had the oil changed in the other work at the dealership. This is the third survey I have given y’all and not received any kind of callback. One of them was a phone survey directly from an employee of homer Skelton Hyundai in Olive Branch, I was told to get a callback from the service manager, and I’ve yet to receive a call and that was about a month ago. More
