Where other dealers gave me far-out dates, meaning weeks, to get me in to evaluate my problem, Doug gave me the option to same in service department. My car was towed in on a Monday. They told me Monday afternoon it wasn’t the battery and they would look at it when they could. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and have never had an issue like this. I am not happy at all with this service dept. 6 days to replace a battery … 😡 More
