Was given the run around. Was told one thing over the phone and then was told I was lying in person. Was also told they have phone convos recorded to prove it so I’d love a copy of those. Still can’t get a straight answer from anyone as to why I have bought tire protection yet it won’t be honored. It’s all a scam. Matt talked down to me and the service worker at Wolfchase. Slid my phone back at me when he had had enough. He was basically gas lighting me saying he didn’t say something when he did. Acting like he doesn’t know how to file a claim while he’s the manager of an entire dealership. I will never be back and will never buy another Hyundai More

The service dept I wouldn’t even give one star. The service guy named Doug was very rude and has no customer service at all.
