I made an appointment for a oil change. Appt 3 PM. Arrived around 2:45, checked in about 2:55 … you know what time I left? 5:40!!! Granted, I was told they were a little behind when checked in, but if you know the wait time was already 2 to 3 hours, why not give me the option to wait or reschedule. Being “a little behind” and waiting 3 hours is not the same, especially with my 10 month old granddaughter. There were even people who came after me who left before me. Disappointed was an understatement. No, we apologize for the long wait. No, here’s some water to stay hydrated. No, here’s $5 off to let you know we appreciate your service. Nothing! I hope this is a one off thing because this dealership prides itself on customer service. However, if a service manager is aware of current wait time, the least you can do is show your face to the customers left waiting to show concern for them spending half their afternoon for a oil change scheduled WITH an appointment.
