Neyma Cuello demonstrated a lack of follow-up and failed to respond to texts or emails. After waiting 48 hours for a response, I had to personally drive 25 minutes from Weston to get an update. It wasn’t un to respond to texts or emails. After waiting 48 hours for a response, I had to personally drive 25 minutes from Weston to get an update. It wasn’t until I escalated the issue to Jeep corporate that I received the proper customer service and follow-through, as no one seemed to care prior to that. While we are now past this issue and in a better place, this survey pertains to Neyma, and my responses reflect my experience in 2024.customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be working with her again. More

I was told the Jeep would be shipped immediately after payment. After payment I was told 3 weeks. That wasn’t what I was promised so a Christmas gift was ruined. Now they are not returning $51,000.
