The vehicle went in for a recall, maintenance and window repair. After a quote and approval, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone to get a response as to when the vehicle would be ready. I had been repair. After a quote and approval, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone to get a response as to when the vehicle would be ready. I had been at the dealer many years before and left do to poor attention. Well, I gave it a shot, and I will not go back again. Unresponsive, you only speak a an AI operator and all you get is voice mails that no one responds to. More
