Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Dennis at All Costs I recently visited this dealership intending to purchase a Taycan. I made it clear to the original sales representative that I wanted to avoid wasting recently visited this dealership intending to purchase a Taycan. I made it clear to the original sales representative that I wanted to avoid wasting anyone's time and was ready to purchase that night if we could agree on a total price. After running the numbers, the sales rep informed me that they weren't willing to adjust anything, including dealer fees. Things took a turn for the worse when the manager, Dennis, joined the conversation. From the start, he was dismissive and unprofessional. His first comment was, "Either you've got Porsche money, or you don't." When I explained that I simply wanted to meet at a specific price point that the sales rep suggested was feasible, Dennis became visibly agitated. He sighed loudly, pointed to the financed amount instead of the total price, and appeared to deliberately mislead us. When my brother calmly pointed out that we were asking for a modest $2,000 reduction on a $90,000 car that had been sitting unsold for three months, Dennis responded aggressively with, "Was I talking to you? Are you the one paying for this?" His combative attitude escalated throughout the interaction, and he continued to badger us instead of engaging in a constructive conversation. Even after I tried to diffuse the situation by suggesting a compromise, Dennis slammed the desk, shouted "GOODNIGHT," and stormed off in an unprofessional tantrum. This experience was appalling, and Dennis's behavior completely undermines the reputation one would expect from a luxury car dealership. I strongly advise anyone to avoid working with him if you value respectful and professional customer service. More

My Jeep Wrangler was at the body shop for 3 months (way too long). I will never understand how you can give out appointments yet take days to actually look at the vehicle. In Massachusetts when you get an appointment for service you show up and they look at your car then an yet take days to actually look at the vehicle. In Massachusetts when you get an appointment for service you show up and they look at your car then and there. Here we were given an appointment for 9:40 AM on Monday December 16th. We never got to see Christian after 30 minutes or more a woman finally took our car in. We were told it would be 2 days before they could look at it. We rented a car for three days and finally took it back and picked up our car on the third day at 4:30 PM and it had not even been looked at. This is not satisfactory in my book. Why do you take in more cars then you can service? It cost me $185.00 and still have no answer to my problem. This is my fourth jeep and I love it, but It will be my last as your South Florida service stinks. This is the second dealer who has done this to me and it just is not satisfactory. More
