I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep's bodyshop. After leasing a new truck just 15 days prior, I noticed some issues with the bumper. Naturally, I took it to thei Hollywood Chrysler Jeep's bodyshop. After leasing a new truck just 15 days prior, I noticed some issues with the bumper. Naturally, I took it to their bodyshop for repairs. However, what followed was 10 days of frustration and incompetence. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they actually made it worse by simply slapping on some glue. This wasn't the first time I've encountered such incompetence from them; I had a similar experience with another vehicle of the same model. Despite leaving it for 15 days for bumper repairs, they didn't even touch it. When I approached the sales manager, Evan Fleischman, and the dealership manager, Clinton, for assistance, they were unhelpful and downright rude. It's ironic how eager they are to sell you a car, but once they've made the sale, they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I left the dealership with my damaged car and a resolve never to return. Avoid this dealership at all costs; their lack of accountability and disregard for customer service left me thoroughly disappointed. More

Everyone I encountered there was helpful and there seemed to be a happy atmosphere amongst all the employees. My only complaint is that the repair took over 2 weeks to do when I was expecting it to be done to be a happy atmosphere amongst all the employees. My only complaint is that the repair took over 2 weeks to do when I was expecting it to be done in one week. I had to rent a car for a week and get rides from friends. Dreama did arrange for me to have a loaner car for a day and a half after I went to pick it up and was told it still wasn’t ready. I will say that Dreama gave me what discounts she could which helped make up for sone of my car rental expenses and I appreciated that. I would do business with this dealer ship again. The repair seems to have been done well so far. However, when I got home I noticed that my radio antenna was now broken and sunk down into the body of the truck. It was not like that when I put the truck in for service. Not a huge deal but I wish they had fixed that. Perhaps they did not notice it either at the time. All in all I am happy with my experience there and would recommend this service department to others. Thank you. More

Very professional service provided by M. Morena, Service Advisor. This is the second time I have worked with Miguel regarding a service issue with our Jeep. Background: Jeep had to to be ser Morena, Service Advisor. This is the second time I have worked with Miguel regarding a service issue with our Jeep. Background: Jeep had to to be serviced due to oil spotted on the floor. Received car after repair was performed but noted oil leaking again. I must say that I was annoyed about it as I have had repairs done in the past with no issues. Returned and discussed the matter with Miguel who assured me that he will do whatever necessary to get it corrected. Miguel communicated repair status as we were out of town and advised of the finding. To my disappointment a further cost was presented in order to get the car fixed. Not happy for this issue but we agreed to get it fixed. I am still concerned as to why the technician did not identify this additional issue the first time. When car was retrieved and driven for a couple of days Miguel called to check re the source of concern. To date no more oil leaks have been noted. I found his call to be a sign of care and professionalism from Miguel and felt appreciated as a long time customer, though I cannot say the same of the work from the service technician(s).
