They did what they were supposed to to without adding a ton of extras which was great. It did take longer than expected and I was by myself but the waiting area was comfortable and they did update me when ton of extras which was great. My experience at the dealer was fair. What came after was aweful I have had my Car now for a year. I work at at Dealership myself. The general manager at the time helped my with my purchase due to the fact I was in the business. the Nightmare begins after purchase when my trade in was not payed off for 3 months. NOT 1 CALL FROM FINANCE TO LET ME KNOW THERE WAS A 40$ DIFFERENCE IN THEIR PAY OFF NUMBER AND ACTUAL PAYOFF AMOUNT.... The credit union sent back the payoff check with instructions to the dealer to send correct amount and noone thought to reach out to me to either pay the 40 dollar difference or figure this out... I got a letter in the mail from credit union about 2 missed payment that has now been put on my credit and Ive attempted to get this fixed with dealer multiple times and I get no help. I asked for a letter admitting fault so I can send to credit bureau and get this cleared off My credit not to mention I had to pay an additional 1400$ in late fees and such to finally get the car payed off ..... Manager since then has been promoted and told me in txt he no longer has time to deal with this problem and since passed me off to the nem manager who I cant even get to text me back...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.... COST ME 1400$ and 100 Points on my credit ....... More
