He treated us professionally and fairly throughout the process. He is straight forward on what he can and cannot do on price and doesn’t play the games some salesmen do. No pressure to buy the add on dealers try to get you to purchase such as extended warranties, special paint coatings, gap coverage, etc. If you don’t want them no problem- up to you. He is there throughout the purchase process and when he realized the gas tank on the new purchase was not filled by the prep staff, he personally took us to a gas station and filled it himself. He stays in touch after the sale and even emails special service reminders and discount service certificates. By the way we have always had great service at the service department- ask for Mike.
