rude - unprofessional - unethical BUYER BEWARE! I experienced the most dishonest dealership experience at Hinshaw's Honda today in my 45+ years of buying and selling cars. The first r BUYER BEWARE! I experienced the most dishonest dealership experience at Hinshaw's Honda today in my 45+ years of buying and selling cars. The first red flag was my finding out that on a Certified Pre Owned Honda, which is inclusive of a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty backed by Honda of North America, that Hinshaw's charges an additional $480.00 for this warranty in addition to their advertised CPO selling price. This is not disclosed in their internet advertising and is a dishonest business practice not authorized by Honda of North America. I negotiated an acceptable deal with Dion Brown which was approved by General Sales Manager Tim Lasso - all terms were disclosed and on the table and presented in good faith and agreed to in writing. Before I could write the check, Tim Lasso reneged on his agreement and would not honor the deal, trying instead to raise his price after we had settled on an agreed deal. Tim Lasso was unprofessional, rude and arrogant. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! Honda's are readily available - go to another dealership. Avoid Hinshaw's Honda. More

Great service! I initially brought my Accord in for the fuel pump programming recall and was informed, by Roy, that the 15k mile service was due. Roy showed me on paper what was needed and the price. Well, I wasn't prepared for this service. Roy neglected to pressure me into the big service and instead showed me what is best for today's visit! Roy said we can do the rest at a later day. So, I had my recall, an oil change and alignment performed while I wait. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time, considering I'm not the only getting my car worked today! Roy and the service department did a great job and will return! More
