Enjoy my car but they beat around the bush a little. I purchased a Honda crv and highly enjoy my Honda crv a few years later. A reliable easy to maintain vehicle. Service rep was wonderful and did well but also beat around the bush on a few things I otherwise would have liked to have known sooner than later. The only negative things I have to say are the following: The service rep kept playing games with "How much a month do you want to pay on your loan?" Which was swell and all but at the same time they neglected to mention that my monthly payments out weight the cost of the car in the long run. I would be paying the car off long after it was dead 10 years from purchase date. I decided to pay it off in a couple years and just dump every extra possible paycheck into it. To get it paid off faster. They did not put a scratch coat resistance like they were supposed to. A year later and I'm noticing the paint is a bit scuffed up from traditional wear and tear. The scratch coat resistance coating was to prevent this from occurring. My car did not come with a complementary full tank of gas. It came with the recommended allotment required of a car dealership. I was panicking on the way home which was less than 40 min on where was the closest gas station. I know the area well but the gas tank made me purchase gas at the highest priced gas station. I read the reviews for the service center Hinshaw's of Auburn from yelp, Google, here and a few other places and it's mixed reviews. There's no middle ground. Service is either rated very well or terrible. I have experienced Renton Honda as very well. More

He was never pushy, always full of patience, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the Hinshaw business as a whole. If you’re looking to buy a car, new or used, I couldn’t recommend Garrett and Hinshaw’s more. They took great care of us. As a bonus, Garrett was very patient and inclusive of our somewhat precocious 6 year old, and our somewhat fussy 2 month old. Dishonest sales agent Adonis by name. Lied to me and lured me to co-sign. Which I ended up to be buyer and not a companion to a friend who was denied due to credit history. He Lied it would not affect my credit rating since it's a lease but that was a lie as I would later found out it did affect my credit. It was an awful experience my complaint can't even fit here! More
