We have purchased 5 new vehicles at Hinshaw’s and on each occasion the sales were handled professionally and offers made were honored. We bought a new CRV today. We negotiated the price with Tim by phone and he honored it. Josh, the finance person, presented any extras we might like to purchase without any pressure. San got our new vehicle ready and went over its systems to our satisfaction. Our trade in had transmission problems. Tim got Honda corporate to approve 75% of repair costs or he offered a full trade in value for our car if we decided to trade it in on a new vehicle. These were outstanding offers since our trade in was out of warranty. We chose to purchase the new CRV and as promised Tim gave us full value on our trade leaving the dealer and Honda Corporate to fix the issues on the trade without any cost to us. On our first visit, we walked away thinking we might not be able to afford the car we wanted. Garrett kept working and came up with a great solution. He followed up in an authentic (not slick) way. He is a nice person. At no time did we feel pressured. We love our Honda Pilot 7-passenger touring car. The sales manager (Richard) and financing (Thomas) were very nice to work with. When I viewed the vehicle, there was no pressure and was an easy going viewing. I am a difficult negotiator and I inially declined to purchase but Asa really worked to get my business. I felt that his hardwork and the ability he had to accommodate to my requests was the tipping point. After a week of visit, we decided to buy the car 'coz me personally I fell in loved with the Red color that is why we closed this deal even some other dealerships have the same to offer and knowing that our place is more than 1 hour drive to get there. The Sales person named San Saelee and the General Manager (Tim Lasso) are the nicest people we dealt with this negotiations. They came down in the middle point to meet our needs and requirements. Hi i have big complain on service of honda. I drove honda odyssey for long time since from 2008 . I had no problem on till i bot from Hinshaw's Honda brant new honda odyssey 2018 touring. When we drive ov odyssey for long time since from 2008 . I had no problem on till i bot from Hinshaw's Honda brant new honda odyssey 2018 touring. When we drive over 10000 miles problems start coming up. In 10000 miles dieler replaced break. It was horrible to drive. When the rain season come in Wa we start feel some smell insight and xxxxx windows. My wife didn't tell me but it because she drive the Van mostly until she complain about cold feet . I had checked under carpet it was water a lot off water under front drive side. We was on dieler they keep our car for 29 days to fix the problem. Same time we have already another problem sliding door rh side not work properly front lh parking sensor doesn't work right. Van stop itself when nothing in the front. Odyssey had 17xxx miles when was fix leak But wasn't fix all another issue. In October when start rain of season We did figure out we have leak again. The van have 30xxx miles. We come to dieler place with same problems they took our van for 10 days to fix the leak and another issue. After 10 days they called to pick up van. We come to pick up odyssey it was bad front carpet was wet. I ask to replace carpet (wet and smell bad) they did. Right now we have same problems. Odyssey have 33400 miles wet carpet, front parking sensor, van stop it self then don't have anything on the front, couple weeks ago its start blinking and freeze on entertainment radio navigation backup camera, And I think we have a molds on second roll around the seats. Our van been in service for the past two years, in total 62 days in giller ship. We on our van for 2 years and 6 month. We don't have a clue what happen again with our van. Very Nice People but Hugely Expensive Labor Costs The people at Hinshaw Honda were very professional and nice. They kept my car for 2 days because they "had to order parts". I was expecting to pay $1 The people at Hinshaw Honda were very professional and nice. They kept my car for 2 days because they "had to order parts". I was expecting to pay $1,044 for a new timing belt, an oil change and a new gas cap. I thought that was fair. I got there today and was handed a bill for - get this - $1,913.85. WHAT ADDED SO MUCH TO THE COST? The labor charge was just unreal. $1,137.04 for labor. If they worked both days, all 16 hours on my car, (which you know they didn't), that would be $71 per hour for labor. Too much! If you have a ton of money, go to them. They really are very nice. If you want to eat this month, you might want to find someone a little more reasonable with their labor costs. Just saying. More
