I just bought my first car last week. I bought a 2012 Special Edition Acura TSX from this dealership. The sales consultant that I worked with and his entire team made my experience comfortable and enjoya Special Edition Acura TSX from this dealership. I was very nervous buying my first car but they catered and answered to all of my questions and concerns. I came in three days in a row because I was still unsure about making such a big purchase for my first time. Each day I came in, Devin spent hours with me going over everything and making sure that the process was thorough and clear to me. When I finally decided that I was ready to make the purchase, I could really tell Devin had his client's best interest (mine) at heart. He had no intention of selling me a car that I wasn't 100% sure about. On top of the excellent service Devin gave me, the other employees were just as friendly and welcoming every day I came in. I never felt pressured, that's the biggest plus about this dealership I think. This car is my first manual I have ever owned. I knew I wanted a manual, but I had a lot of questions about the details of driving a manual. After all my paperwork was signed and I was about to drive off the lot, the manager of Hinshaws took me for a drive himself, making sure he gave me the best tips and showed me exactly how to drive this car with ease. I can definitely say my first experience buying a car was great and I will definitely be going back to Hinshaws Acura for my next vehicle. More
We first visited Hinshaw's Acura in Fife helping a friend purchase a new car. David Jones was our contact but because he was still serving another customer he had David Ajibade help out. We were very impressed with the customer service we received during that transaction. Our friend was delighted with the vehicle. I was interested in a 1999 Landrover Discovery which was on the lot. I have been retired for some years and this has always been on my "bucket list', :-) . The car was a trade in and needed some work and in normal circumstances I would have not have risked buying it. However it did seem a a low cost way to tic something off my wish list. When we were involved in the buying of our friends car we felt we were dealing with trustworthy people. For that reason we were comfortable considering the purchase. David was very honest and gave us good advice on the + and - of buying what would be a 'project'. This was not a big price item yet David went out of his way to ensure that whatever happened we would be happy with the result. This dealership has gone above and beyond to not only earn my business, but keep my business. Between having a very easy buying experience and and equally great experience during my first service appoin earn my business, but keep my business. During a recent trip to run errands my car was unfortunately broken into. After a quick call to the service department they had a new window installed and the glass cleaned up in no time. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I would definitely recommend Hinshaws Acura. More
This is my second Acura from Hinshaws Acura and I was very pleased with our experience. We bought our first car from David Ajibade 3 years ago and we were happy he was still there when we went back . My cousin was with us and she mentioned how easy it was for us to buy the car. She should be buying a car from Hinshaws soon. Their sales manager Todd Kim came out and told us to come see him if we needed anything. We felt like everyone cared and wanted us to be happy. Thank you Hinshaws. When our TSX has 100,000 miles, which will probably be within 2 years, we will be back for our third Acura. More
TUESDAY AFTERNOON I DECIDED TO TRADE IN MY 2008 ACURA RDX/TECH FOR A NEW CAR. I EASILY FOUND A 2013 ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR THAT I LIKED. STICKER PRICE $46287. I MADE IT CLEAR TO ZAIRE THAT I DID NOT W RDX/TECH FOR A NEW CAR. I EASILY FOUND A 2013 ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR THAT I LIKED. STICKER PRICE $46287. I MADE IT CLEAR TO ZAIRE THAT I DID NOT WANT TO PLAY THE BACK AND FORTH GAME WITH THE PRICE AND FOR THEM TO LOOK AT MY CAR AND GIVE ME THE BEST POSSIBLE DEAL. AFTER 20 MINUTES OR SO, HE CAME BACK WITH A TRADE IN OF $15200 FOR MY CAR WITH 60K MILES. THE TRADE IN VALUE WAS FOR A CAR IN POOR CONDITION. MINE WAS DEFFINATELY BETTER THAN GOOD CONDITION. HE HAD NOT LOWERED THE STICKER PRICE OF THE NEW CAR. I WAS INSULTED. AS A WOMAN BUYER, I FELT TOTALLY DISRESPECTED. THEY WENT BACK AND FORTH AND EVEN BROUGHT OUT ANOTHER SALESMAN TO CONVINCE ME WHAT A DEAL I WAS GETTING. AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF THE BEST DEAL ONTHIS CAR WITH MY TRADE IN WAS $30849 OUT THE DOOR. WHAT A JOKE I LEFT FEELING I HAD TOTALLY WASTED MY TIME. I FELT BEAT UP. THE NEXT MORNING I GOT ON THE BUILD YOUR OWN ACURA AT ACURA.COM. I BUILT THE EXACT SAME CAR, EXCEPT IT WAS A 2014 INSTEAD OF THE 2013 THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME. THE PRICE WITH ALL THE SAME OPTIONS WAS $41635. I CALLED ACURA OF LYNWOOD. RAJ TOLD ME HE WOULD SELL ME THE CAR FOR THAT PRICE. HE DIDN'T EVEN ADD ANY THING FOR THE LABOR TO INSTALL THE OPTIONS. HE PROMISED ME A FAIR DEAL ON MY TRADE IN. I DROVE THE 45 MILES TO LYNWOOD. MY NEW 2014 CAR WAS WAITING FOR ME. I WAS ABLE TO GET IT FOR $27785 OUT THE DOOR. OVER $3000 SAVINGS COMPARED TO HINSHAW. I HAD PURCHASED MY 2008 ACURA FROM HINSHAW. SADLY I MUST SAY IT WILL BE THE LAST PURCHASE I MAKE FROM THESE GUYS. BY THE WAY, THAT WAS ME THAT DROVE BY AND HONKED AND WAVED IN MY BEAUTIFUL NEW ACURA. SUSIE More

I purchased my 2005RL at Hinshaw's and I only have it serviced at Hinshaw's. I first met Kelly Stallcop, the service manager, at the time of our purchase. Kelly has become a good friend. He is always friendly, and very knowledgeable of all the Acura vehicles. Kelly is very courteous with all the customers that come for service to Hinsha's. I will always have all my cars serviced there because I trust Kelly to be honest and the work done is on time and correct the first time. More
