Told me 11999$ to get me in then said 13500$. Said they would put tow hitch on then did not and gave me a check that only covered half of cost. I have been a Hinshaw's Acura customer for 14 years. The customer service superior, Kelly and his crew go out of there way to make you feel welcome. They always greet you by name which I really like, The customer service superior, Kelly and his crew go out of there way to make you feel welcome. They always greet you by name which I really like, makes me feel special and that they really care about you and your vehicle. The service I receive is always superior, I have never in 14 years ever had to come back because the service wasn't done right or I was still having a problem. My Acura is always returned to me spotless inside and out, and I am always escorted to my car after I pay my bill. The welcoming smiles, the friendly "hellos", the service department employees always make sure our problems are taken care of. Once my wife left our vacuum cleaner in the trunk of service loaner we were in when we picked up our car, we called Kelly and he went out to the car and got our vacuum out and put it in his office until the next day. We are on our 3rd Acura now and Kelly the service department always have taken great care of us. More
