Great Experience! I am a first time Acura owner, and I absolutely LOVE my new 2017 Acura RDX. Prior to visiting the dealership, I was able to look at their inventory an I am a first time Acura owner, and I absolutely LOVE my new 2017 Acura RDX. Prior to visiting the dealership, I was able to look at their inventory and saw that they had the perfect RDX waiting for me. As soon as my family and I stepped out of our car, David came out to greet us and took us inside to look at the RDX in their showroom. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly went out and pulled up in front of the dealership with the RDX that I wanted! The test drive was pleasant, the overall buying process was great and stress-free, and David never pressured or hassled me. I'd say it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. You can't go wrong working with Helen! I came to HInshaws Acura to check out the RDX. I have become accustomed to and somewhat spoiled by Mercedes Benz but I had had enough of their mainte I came to HInshaws Acura to check out the RDX. I was looking for a nice car that was sporty, reliable and didn't cost thousands of dollars to maintain. I met with Helen Hoh who was very knowledgeable about all the models. She wasn't overbearing and pushy which is what I liked. To say that I got good customer service is an understatement! She was awesome.
