Great Service I found a used Audi S5 at Hinshaw's on line Wed afternoon and called the dealership. I talked with Nik Ury about the details of the car and we agreed I found a used Audi S5 at Hinshaw's on line Wed afternoon and called the dealership. I talked with Nik Ury about the details of the car and we agreed I would be in on Thursday am, to hopefully buy it. I was an out of state customer, so I arranged a flight in and Nik picked me up at the Seattle airport on Thurs. I looked over the car and took it for a test drive, we agreed on the price and an hour later I was on the road to CO with my new vehicle. The entire Hinshaw team was outstanding, Nik, Mark Hansen and the service team who enthusiastically gave me some ideas on how to customize the vehicle. I could not have had a better experience !
