We have never been to this dealership before and decided to check it out. David was there to help us. He approached us in a very kind, professional manner and listened to us for what we were looking for. We were in a budget and he worked with us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We ended up buying 2 cars last weekend and it was honestly the best thing we did. That same day, we heard from 3 other customers of David's on how great he is and how well he takes care of his customers. I bought a 2008 mdx and during the test drive it made a noise coming from the rear. David got it checked out for us immediatly by the service team and found out that it was the rear left strut. They fixed it immediatly. David and the rest of the team from this dealership has helped us so much. Everyone has done an outstanding job. Thank you David, the service team and to the rest of the Acura team. We will be back for more cars in the future! More
Disappointed I purchased a used 2008 Avalanche from this dealership in January 2017. The original listing had the vehicle posted for 20,995 with 75,xxx miles. I wa I purchased a used 2008 Avalanche from this dealership in January 2017. The original listing had the vehicle posted for 20,995 with 75,xxx miles. I was looking for an Avalanche in particular and due to the options (fully loaded) and mileage I decided the drive would be worth it from Marysville. Before leaving I asked the salesman (Nick Ury) to let me know of any issues with it that he could find, no matter how minor. He advised me the vehicle was in excellent condition with nothing wrong. Upon getting to the dealership I found out that it actually had 123,xxx miles and found that the back up camera wasn't working and the tpms light was on. They agreed to fix these items and lower the price according to milage. The rest of the truck was clean so I moved forward with the purchase. Excluding the items he missed as well as the mileage (kinda important), Nick was very professional and easy to work with. The process was quick and easy which was appreciated. However, before I even received the license plates for the truck (appx. 2 weeks later) I got 2 check engine light codes (different, unrelated codes) and a "service suspension" message appeared. I also located a few other minor repairs that needed attention but wasn't too put off by this as it was to be expected (used car after all). The codes and message coming on at the same time, however, makes me believe it was possibly cleared prior to my purchase without repair and does not seem to be a normal or expected issue. I attempted to contact the manager and he was not willing to work with me on this as he stated the vehicle was purchased "as-is". I did have a pre purchase inspection completed the day after I purchased it but at this time the codes had not since reappeared yet. I originally believed that I was going to be taken care of as this dealership has an outstanding rating as well as it being an upper echelon type dealer. I was wrong and will be purchasing my future vehicles through private party sales instead. More

The following week my mom sent me a link to Hinshaw's Acura page and I came across a used Jetta. I was really interested and gave the dealership a call to see if the car was still on the lot. Nick Ury, the salesman, was able to create a quick overview video of the car and sent it to me ASAP. The next day I test drove and set my mind to it and made a deal with Nick. Nick was a great salesman and was positive throughout the whole process. Because of him he has made my first car purchase very positive and I am so thankful to have open communication with him.
