Great service. Knowledgeable salesperson. Have checked out few dealerships before it was set. This is the greatest among the others. Salesperson can always answer questions about the car right away and they would try to satisfy your needs as they can. The only reason I take out 1 star is about their repair service. I found the steering wheel was a bit offset so I put down my car for a day. The service guy told me everything is fixed and it didn't come out very well. I thought it might be that I didn't describe very well and I tried to bring him to the car and explain and he was unwilling to get out from his computer. he just told me to schedule for another day....finally it's the salesman willing to listen to me and come along with me to see the real problem which bugged me in my car. I would definitely give 5 stars to the sales service team, credit to Anthony and David. They are always willing to listen your need and try to satisfy the customers. I like this dealership but one thing to highlight is that whatever you need or want, talk to the salesperson, not the repair service guy. However, overall, this is still the greatest dealership I tried for looking for my car. I would definitely go to get my next car if they have the model. Also, They had huge inventory that I can choose from. If you wanna save your time looking for good cars with reasonable price. Go for this one. More

Excellent sales experience I visited the dealership on three occasions in purchasing my RDX. During each, I dealt primarily with salesman Anthony Grosso. First visit was simply looking at trim levels; second, actually purchasing the car; third, acquiring the all-season floor mats, not available on my Sunday purchase... Anthony the shepard, was at my service in all three visits. He did very little pushing, and simply answered my questions during the first. He was personable and accommodating during the second visit's test drive and purchase. On the final visit, he had the floor mats out on the showroom floor when I arrived... A worthy young man... On each occasion, all staff (receptionist, other salesmen, finance manager) were outgoing, helpful, and friendly. It is rather obvious that the dealership is focused on customer service. So... Very pleased with the sales experience to date... I'll reserve judgment on my future experience with this dealer, as I move into the maintenance phase... I'm optimistic it will be the same. More

This dealership stands by what the sell I purchased a 2004 Honda Civic from this dealership for my teenage daughter. It's in great condition inside and outside. After receiving an outside inspection there are a few things that need to be fixed. I went back to the dealership and spoke with the GM, Derrick and used car manager, Mike. Both of them had the same response to me, they said don't worry, we will fix it, we will take care of you. I was very unsure and expressed a lot of concern. Both of them just listened to me and didn't appear frustrated or anything. They just reassured me, I haven't had the work done yet but I'm confident that they will take care of everything.
