We did not have very good experiences in the past from other dealerships and were very apprehensive about buying a car. My wife and I went to Hinshaw's after work one night and test drove a few vehicles. other dealerships and were very apprehensive about buying a car. My wife and I went to Hinshaw's after work one night and test drove a few vehicles. We worked with David and he pretty much let us test drive whatever we wanted with no pressure at all. I wanted to do some additional research about the vehicle to make sure that it was a "good deal". I researched the heck out of that MDX that we were looking at trying to find a better deal. Hinshaw's had the best deal by far. We went there the next night and purchased the vehicle. It was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. David was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond making sure that we were comfortable and understood everything that was going on. We just purchase a 2020 MDX, our salesman was David Ajibade. David made the experience easy and enjoyable. He goes out of his way to make sure when you drive away you feel great about your purchase. Outstanding customer service !! Everybody from the reps at the front desk to the technicians in the service bays were professional and seemed to enjoy working there.
