i never thought I would write a review like this but figured it would help someone else. I reached out to Hinshaw's Acura 4x and twice I was told someone would contact me back and nothing. The other figured it would help someone else. I reached out to Hinshaw's Acura 4x and twice I was told someone would contact me back and nothing. The other 2x I reached out via their text feature on their website. Both times I received an auto response stating. 'We will be with you shortly.' I am still trying to figure out what the definition of 'Shortly' means since it has been over 48 hours and I have not heard back. I guess they are selling a ton of cars and do not need new business.
