Bob was great with communicating and answering the many questions I had about this used 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid. What impressed me more was the manager had ordered new tires for the front even before I saw questions I had about this used 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid. What impressed me more was the manager had ordered new tires for the front even before I saw the car. I also asked if they would change the oil as well and they did right away, no problem. The price was way below book and I was given a fair trade in on 2008 Hyundai Elantra. My wife and I waited about 3 hours for the tires to be delivered, but the waiting area was very comfortable. I was afraid my wife would not like the car, because she had been attached to the Elantra, however, she fell in love with the car and now I may have a hard time getting to use the car. Bob and the staff at Highline Imports went the extra mile to make sure everything was right before we drove off the lot, would highly recommend this dealership. More

I happened to finance(from Willard Love) my state taxes and title fee from Pathetic experience till now. Please don't trust this dealership at all. I happened to finance(from Willard Love) my state taxes and title fee from the dealership. They were supposed to send the taxes to DMV of TN but don't know what they did DMV never received the check($1455 approx) and when I told this to dealership they told me something is wrong from your DMV. What the xxxx is all this, what should I do now I wasn't getting any response from DMV or Dealership. After repeatedly calling Edward Casey he told me that they had wrongly sent the Check to some other tax department of TN and are now waiting for the refund. Now the solution they gave me is to pay the taxes from my own pocket and they will send me the check once it gets refunded. What a fool they made of me..I happened to finance it because I was running short of money and now all the burden is on me. HOwever I paid my taxes to DMV and am waiting for dealershiop to mail me my check. Today I called Edward Casey and he raised his hands by saying that he don't know whats going on and just gave me the number of the Owner. Still I haven't got the reswponse from Owner as well. The only solution now seems like is to approach the attorney and file case against them. More
These guys are liars! I bought a 2009 BMW X5 from these guys in Nov 2011. I have it documented they owed me key, nav dvd, headphones. Since it is documented I have reporeted it to the BBB and my attorney is getting involved. $470.00 dollars for all this nonsense. Not a good dealership at all- I am rating them poorly due to unfulfilled contract. More

I would like to inform future customers of high line imports to be cautious of your next purchase at this dealership. I purchased a 08Cadillac CTS from this dealership a year ago, I was super excited an imports to be cautious of your next purchase at this dealership. I purchased a 08Cadillac CTS from this dealership a year ago, I was super excited and couldn't have been more pleased,. It wasn't until I went to trade it in id I realize that I got hosed on the deal. As I was sitting in my seat ready to make a deal the sales man comes back to me and asked me about the frame damage. I had absolutely no clue of any kinda frame damage on this car nor was it on the car FAX. And not one time was it ever mentioned to me through the whole process, now I'm stuck with a car that's worth half of what I owe on it. So long story short, buyers be ware. If it seems to good to be true it just might be. More
I drove 250 miles to do business with Highline. i found them on the Internet. I was looking for a specific car -- a 2008 or 2009 Lexus ES350. I spoke with and emailed Bob Willard, who did not dance aroun them on the Internet. I was looking for a specific car -- a 2008 or 2009 Lexus ES350. I spoke with and emailed Bob Willard, who did not dance around with me. When I said I would drive down to Birmingham if I had an idea of the best price he could offer, he told me. Compare this experience with the other B'ham dealership I visited, which treated me pretty shabbily, including selling the car I was driving 250 miles to see, without even calling me to let me know. Bob and Highline, on the other hand, were great. They even sweetened the deal after I got there. The only reasons they have not gotten 5s across the board are that (1) they provided me the wrong owner's manual, which they have now rectified; and (2) the spare tire they provided me was not originally part of this particular car, which means I have to take it in to the dealership and get the spare "registered". Bob has promised to reimburse me for that expense. While I was waiting for the car to be readied for me, I wandered atround and looked at their inventory. They have a very nice selection of both domestic, but especially imports. Highly recommended! More
