There are times when our internet prices are different than our lot prices - majority of the time it is due to a current sale or promotion, a markdown or a cash buying price, just all depends and is the truth. As far as your referral fee, we do require for this information to be submitted to us prior to the completion of the sale. I was concerned it was an error in our system so I went back and pulled the paperwork, I was unable to find where your friends name was given. We do apologize for this misunderstanding. I have spoken to our xxI Dept. and Owner, both have stated that your taxes were mailed on 07/30 to the STATE but the address that we were given, was incorrect. We have spoken to three people at the STATE and were told we should receive our check/refund payment sometime next week. I understand that you are frustrated with this situation but we are just as frustrated, dealing with the State of TN. has not been a great pleasure, especially when they owe money back. As soon as we receive the refund back, I will let you know. Again, I apologize for this entire ordeal and we do hope soon to get this taken care of.

I am sorry to hear of this. Please email me at stephanie@highlineimportsinc.com with your full name, as on the bill of sale, I want to pull all of your paperwork especially the CarFax and Autocheck. I do understand your frustration with this stressful situation but please understand, we do not "hide" anything about our cars. We present what is on the Carfax and Autocheck reports with no hestitation prior to the sale and also when in the Fianance Office. If you were told there was frame damage on your vehicle, by another Dealer - I certainly need to go back to your original paperwork and further investigate.

Just wanted to touch base. I have pulled the CarFax (dated 07-06-2011) and AutoCheck (dated 07-11-2011 14:23pm) reports, which were included in your file, at the time of the sale. Both reports do show one accident, one owner but neither report anything else such as Frame Damage. Also the detail on the one accident is : Accident reported, Vehicle involved in a sideswipe collision Involving right front impact It hit another motor vehicle. Damage reported to: Right front Right side Right rear. Vehicle was not damaged Airbags did not deploy. I did go ahead and run new reports on your car since your purchase date of 08/25/11 - CarFax does not show frame damage but does report that another accident was reported on 10/3/2011. Although, the AutoCheck shows the same information, I do see where some additional information was added about the car, after the fact and we were not notified of such additions/changes. I hope you do see and understand that we did not devilishly try to deceive you - we were not even aware of this information and moreso, if we would of had that information, you would have been presented it. Again, We do not hide anything about our vehicles and I sincerely apologize for this coming to surface after the fact.
