I found Highline Imports Inc. on Autotrader and sent them an email expressing interest in a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser that they had for sale. Before 9:00am the next morning I had alredy received a call from Jim an email expressing interest in a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser that they had for sale. Before 9:00am the next morning I had alredy received a call from Jimmy Adams the Online Sales Manager. He was very honest with me and answered all of my questions without hesitation or giving me any run around. This was a great first impression. I came down to the dealer at 11:00 to see the vehicle and it was just as described in the ad. We looked it over together and he pointed out to me a few very minor (typical used vehicle) issues that he wanted to see fixed before the sale. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it. When we got back to the dealership we sat down and discussed finance options as well as any extended warranty that could be applied to the vehicle. They did not push anything on me or try to upsell anything. They simply educated me on my options. I gave my down payment and the other information that they requested and walked away with the keys by 2:00. We set an appointment for me to come back the following week to have those minor issues repaired free of charge. The entire process was absolutely painless, i got a great vehicle for a fair price and didnt feel taken advantage of at all. My wife earned a BMW through a sales incentive program offered through Visalus. We live in Huntsville, Alabama and had traveled to dealerships from Nashville to Birmingham before finally finding an unbeatable price on an truely fabolous car. Our salesman, Jimmy Adams, worked tiresly until he found exactly what we wanted, and even got the price over $7,000 less than the competition. We traded in our SUV and even recieved $1,000 more on our trade than we had been offered at other dealers. After returning to Huntsville we had the car inspected by the local BMW dealership and it came back flawless. Thanks to all the staff at highline imports, especially the finance manager who was flexible on the price and trade in.The final result was the perfect car at an unbelievable price without the gimmicks and runaround of some other dealerships we have dealt with.
