Have 30 day exchange which is always nice with used car. Got a car we love. Good price for a extremely nice car that my wife loves. Scott was helpful, and I would recommend asking for him when looking there. Our jeep liberty is just what we needed moving north to Chicago. It was well cleaned and runs great. If anything does come up during the process of buying they will get it worked out for you. More
Jimmy was exptremely responsive and communicative. Answered phone and texts almost immediately. While there met Rami (owner) and discussed price with him. Was very accomodating and completed the items Answered phone and texts almost immediately. While there met Rami (owner) and discussed price with him. Was very accomodating and completed the items that he had said he would. Financing was easy. I already had preapproval but got a better interst rate using the dealer services. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that when they did a great job buffing the outside of the truck, the inside wasn't detailed that well and still had dust on the interior. Additionally, someone had left a light on and the battery was dead on the 2nd test drive. It seemed the service guy really didn't want to assist and cared more about messing with the sales team. Overall I would certainly return to Highline Imports and recommend Jimmy as the sales person. He was very accomodating, responsive, and attentive. More
Overall, I had a great experience with the purchase of my Mercedes-Benz CLS 500 from Highline Imports. TK Cahil has been responsive to my needs and I would recommend this dealership. This has been by far the WORST car buying experience I have ever had! I traded a Jeep Commander in for a Lexus is250 in June. When I traded I signed saying that I knew the car had been involved in a wre have ever had! I traded a Jeep Commander in for a Lexus is250 in June. When I traded I signed saying that I knew the car had been involved in a wreck, but that no structural damage was noted on the car. I took the car to a friend that owns a body shop and had him check it out for me. He saw where the quarter panel was replaced, so now this is a structural damage item. Took the car back to Highline and spoke with Rami and Doron. Rami, the owner assured me that this would not hurt the value of the car and even told me that he would give me a letter on their letterhead promising to buy the car back at any time at book value. There were a few other things that I noted needed attention so we agreed to leave the car to have these repairs taken care of. The check oil light was on, there was a popping noise in the rear of the car, the front bumper was scratched from where someone ran it on a curb, there was a small spot on the passenger side that needed paint touch up, the lining in the trunk had fallen(slightly on one side), and the tires were bald, and it needed a front end alignment. I was told to leave the car for 4 days and they could repair everything for me and that they could put some "take-offs" on the car from another is250 they had on the lot. After the 4 days, I went to get my car. The bumper, alignment and check oil light were the only things taken care of. The trunk was "pushed back into place" but not secured, so as soon as I touched it, it fell again. The popping noise continued, the tires still bald as ever, and the passenger side still not touched up. When I inquired on why the tires were not replaced, I was told by Rami that he had 20something new is250s coming in and he could replace them, but that he had none on the lot at that time. Waited a few days, called them back and spoke to Doron, he said they could not put take-offs, but that they could get me some tires at "their cost" from Tire Rack. He sent me a screen shot of the invoice, showing 244.48 as the total for two tires. I went online to same website and put in the same brand from the screen shot and it showed a 20.00 difference for the total on 2 tires. NOT a deal for me. I am not stupid when it comes to dealer pricing and I know they get a better discount than that. A few weeks later, I take the car back AGAIN, only to be told that we would have to order the tires and wait a few days for them to be delivered. I told Rami and Doron in the office together that I would give them 175.00 for the two tires, and they could pay the remaining balance. Rami agreed, they took my payment and I was on my way. I took my car on a Tuesday, dropped it off and gave Russell a list of the things they still "owed" me. It seems like every time I go, I have to give them the same list of things that need to be repaired. VERY FRUSTRATING. Got a message on Tuesday afternoon that my car was ready for pickup. I called back and spoke to Russell and asked had everything been taken care of this time, because I do not live close to this dealership(about a 35 mile drive one way). He said no, the popping noise had not been fixed yet but that he would have them check it out on Wednesday. Never heard anything back and then on Friday I received a message from Russell stating that he had the receptionist call and leave a message on Thursday to come and get my car. I did not have any missed calls or messages from anyone there. I called Russell back and told him this same thing and he told me that "he was not surprised that she never called". I told him that I work until 6:15 on Fridays and that it would be Saturday before I could pick my car up. I go on Saturday and had to wait about 30 minutes for them to "find" my car because they don't know where it was parked!!!!! I was not very happy. Also, I checked the items, all seem to check out ok. I notice the tires had been installed, the trunk was fixed, and the spot was touched up. I leave and go on my way. Then I get to my next stop, and notice the tires they put on were not even the same brand. I had Bridgestone and they put Sumitomo on it. I immediately called and let them know. Spoke to Russell, and was informed that he only does what Rami and Doron tell him to and that I need to speak to either one of them. I call on the following Monday morning, leave messages for Rami or Doron, no response. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I still have not heard one single word from either of them. In the meantime, I have checked online and see that the brand of tire they put on my car is 78.00. Not happy at all, and they know it. Just feel like since I was a woman I was given the run around and was always promised something and it was never delivered........ Also, I noted that the popping noise was not repaired and was told they could not locate what is causing the problem. I have yet to receive the letter about the buyback as well... More
My experience at Highline Imports started out great, but quickly went downhill. Our salesperson, John, was the only positive aspect of our whole experience. He was very nice and helpful. When we bought my c quickly went downhill. Our salesperson, John, was the only positive aspect of our whole experience. He was very nice and helpful. When we bought my car, it needed to be washed and cleaned out on the inside and it also had two minor things wrong with the interior. The plastic piece under the passenger seat was loose, and there was a small cover missing over the sensor near the gear shift. Also, it did not come with a spare key or remote (understandable since it was a used car) so they did a "We Owe" and we were told they would take care of it. Since we bought it late in the day on a Saturday, they told us to call back on Monday and make an appointment for it to be cleaned, those two things to be fixed, and for them to pull a few dents out of the hood. My husband called the following Monday and we set it up to be brought in on Friday. We dropped my car off at 8. When we did we asked the receptionist about the spare key and remote and she said that we would had to take it to a Toyota dealership and have it done and they could just call Highline and get payment for it over the phone. Well, that afternoon we went back to pick it up (keep in mind they had it for 8 hours) and NOTHING had been done to it. We were told that the "dent guy" called in sick, the parts didn't come in on time, and there was just no excuse made for the car not being cleaned. So we made plans to bring it back Wednesday. I dropped it off Wednesday, and before I left I reiterated to them that I wanted the car to actually be cleaned this time. When we went back to pick it up that afternoon, the car had been washed, the two interior problems had been fixed, the dents had been pulled out of the hood, and the car was a little bit cleaner than the last time they had it, but definitely not as clean as you would think it would be coming from a dealership. At this point, I was tired of dealing with them so I didn't pursue it. A week later, I called Serra Toyota in Center Point and made an appointment to come in and have a remote programmed and a spare key made (as Highline instructed me to do). He told me that after they did that and before I could leave they had to get in touch with Highline for payment. So just to be safe I called Highline before I went to Serra, and the receptionist once again told me that Serra could call and they could pay for it over the phone. The guy from Serra Toyota got the spare key made and the remote programmed and started calling Highline at 8:00 for payment. He didn't get anyone on the phone until 8:15, and they then proceeded to transfer him around from person to person and almost 30 minutes later he still didn't have payment. I had to leave, without a spare key or remote, because I was already an hour late for work, but I called Highline when I left and asked to talk to the manager/owner. He told me that I was supposed to pay for it and they would reimburse me - TOTALLY different from what we were originally told. Within a few minutes, a different guy called me back and said that Serra Toyota was going to charge them too much, and they have a guy that can do it for much cheaper. Without going into too much more detail, throughout the rest of that day, between my husband and I, we talked to someone from Highline about a dozen different times (various people each time who were not communicating with each other to fix the problem and causing A LOT of confusion). Now I THINK we have finally gotten it figured out and I am supposed to be getting a spare key and remote from their guy. I am pleased with my car so far, but the overall experience with Highline Imports and their staff has been stressful and unpleasant to say the least. More
I drove from Atlanta after confirming the internet advertised price numerous times. After test driving the vehicle and the dealership running my credit, the price changed due to another supposed buyer advertised price numerous times. After test driving the vehicle and the dealership running my credit, the price changed due to another supposed buyer's wiliness to buy the vehicle for a $1,000.00 more than the advertised price. Needless to say I left without the vehicle. If I would have read some of the other similar reviews online, I would not have given this company the time or day, do not waste your time! More

Overall the experience with Highline has been good except for the delay in paying off my trade it. It has been over a month since the vehicle was traded and it has yet to be paid off. I have made several for the delay in paying off my trade it. It has been over a month since the vehicle was traded and it has yet to be paid off. I have made several calls to the dealership concerning the issue. Most of the time the calls were not returned. In the mean time Wells Fargo is calling me multiple times daily wondering where the payments are. Very frustrated. More

I must say she is highly dedicated towards her work and has complete knowledge of keeping the customer satisfied under any complicated situations. She left no stone unturned in reimbursement of my check ($1454 approx) from TN State and Revenue department. The check was accidentally cashed by TN State and Revenue department due to some unavoidable reasons. Great work Stephanie I really appreciate your efforts and am really looking for some more business ahead :) More
