I am sorry to hear of your dis-satisfied service and although, there is no excuse - we are going through some major staff changes and things are a little confusing for them. As far as the other outside companies that we use for repairs, we, too, were quite frustrated because it caused several upset customers to be delayed. I am sorry to hear of your experience. Unfortunately, when we have more than one customer interested in a particular car, it's not based on price but on who may have been submitted to the Finance Department first. I know, it seems to be unfair especially after your drive to Birmingham. I always recommend to out-of-state customers, to place a refundable down payment on the car of interest, that way providing only you the car. Again, I apologize and thank you for taking the time to point this out - We will use this as a learning lesson and will definitely improve in that area.
