Hello Mr. Kumar. Thank you for taking the time to post your review, although negative. There are several things that you have mentioned that I have double checked and some things are not factual. To address the gas and usuage charge, we do have mileage restrictions and there was wear/tear put on the car during those 90+ days you had the car. I know you are frustrated and can only suggest, that the conversation and meeting you had with the Owner regarding the exchange/charges/etc - was mutually agreed upon. Also, just to let you know, we have never been to 'court' over any issues with our vehicles. I do apologize for any misunderstandings and the way you feel about us. Stephanie.

I think facts and figures needs to be looked at more accurately . I am sorry to say that mileage restrictions were not communicated to me when lexus was sold and secondly I came back for the exchange within a week itself . It was highline who delayed the car exchange . When I inititalky came to buy lexus, I was communicated that any car I want for an exchange you all would be able to get with couple of weeks . I am not sure whether you all were expecting me to cover the car and keep it in garage and keep on paying installment also just because I had to exchange . 3 months of usage with most probably 1000 Miles put on The time was taken by highline imports to get the desired car .OOPS sorry I used wrong word .Highlander with a frame damage can never be a desired car .

We purchased the vehicle on the 11th. When driving it home we noticed a small shaking of the car when it was at highway speeds. We took it to our mechanic on the 12th to fix some small things like the driver door lock, rear a/c actuator, brakes, and asked him to see if he could find the cause of the shaking. He discovered a bad coil pack, put on a new one, did a compression test and found that the #8 cylinder would only hold 30 lbs of compression so the engine would need to be replaced. We called you back right after getting this news and were told to bring the vehicle back in. We brought it back in the next day. After getting the run around for a week from your people we were told that the service guys found the same issue but the owner was not going to do anything about it. We are stuck with the vehicle.

Why in the world would I want you to do the repairs to the vehicle (even at a discounted price) when you sold me the vehicle with a bad motor in the first place. It does not say much for your shop guys that they supposedly did not find the problem with the vehicle in the first place. And if they did find the problem with the vehicle and you sold it like it was without disclosing that information then there is a whole new set of problems. What I would consider to be fair would be a partial refund of the purchase price of the vehicle that I can put towards having the problems fixed by a mechanic that I trust.

And here it is - 2 weeks later and no response from you. Let me guess, another family emergency that took you out of town? That seems to be your companies standard answer for not getting back to customers in a timely manner. As I stated in my previous reply I do not find it acceptable to allow your people to make the repairs to the vehicle, even at a discounted price. I do not trust them! I have gotten a couple of quotes for the engine replacement and would be glad to accept even half of the cost of just the parts.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! So after forking out double what we originally paid for the vehicle just to get the thing drivable, now we discover that the sunroof leaks too. Funny how the carfax report that was given to me (in which the vehicle was serviced just 5 months prior to my purchase) did not show any issues with the vehicle....You can bet that I have told everyone that I know to never, ever deal with this dealership. If you read this review - don't buy from them!

Y'all are ridiculous and I hope that everyone sees my post and tweets. You're employees made agreements that they could not keep, which in return makes the dealership look bad. Not to mention the owner was a jerk and very rude on the phone. My mission is to let everyone know the situation and they can decide for themselves if they are willing to take he risk. All it takes is you guys losing one sale, and you've lost well over the other money we were promised for you guys breaking our vehicle and making bad on your deal.

I apologize you feel so negative about us. Our "employees" all know that everything must be noted on a "We Owe" or acknowledged in our 30 day exchange. This is a very unfortunate ordeal and I hate that this is happening. But, some of the circumstance you have stated are un-true which is very hard for me to differentiate, since I did hear the entire conversation. We are not trying to be ridiculous . . but as I was told, the reimbursement was clearly made to your husband as well as everything else, regarding the vehicle.

Again. You must have not heard the entire conversation, as you thought the last post was from me when it was my husband. (Because you stated y'all had only spoken with my husband and not to me about the situation, which is a lie.) My husband only spoke to Tyler and Patrick. He never once was able to get Rami on the phone, I was and as soon as he picked up his exact words were "I was wasting his time" (and believe me you my mother in law, father in law, and grandmother heard this as well as their mouths hit the floor). Also, when we were at the dealership getting it fixed (LIKE TYLER TOLD US TO!) we contacted him before making any decisions. He NEVER once mentioned wholesale price. He asked for us to get a total, when we have him the total he said ok do it and send me the receipt. As for a matter of fact when we called him about the check not being for the correct amount he was shocked and had to actually go ask Rami the situation because he was unaware. We have also spoken to him since this awful situation and he STILL tells us he does not agree with how it was handle and with Rami's decision. I asked several times to be on speaker with Rami and Tyler in the same room because apparently someone was lieing. Obviously this never happened. We have your dealership every opportunity to fix this issue and was at the dealership from 8am til 630 at night because they knew we were leaving town to move away the next days. Hence the reason why Tyler told us the things he did. Rami was very rude on the phone with me and I never ONCE told him "thank you" for anything, because I am not thankful for anyone thing from him. He did not handle business the way a owner should and that's shame on him. We were warned not to buy from y'all because y'all had a bad rep. (This coming from our friends and family that own a repair shop in Trussville). We went against better judgement and hope that we can prevent someone else from having to go through the experience we've had.

The total was $208 and some change. You guys reimbursed $120 and some change. (Which Tyler said nothing about wholesale when he spoke to us and he knows this. He has told us he does not agree with Rami and his decision.)

I am not saying I "heard" the entire conversation - I only heard the conversation that you had with Rami - and when you said, "he hung up on you" That is UNTRUE. He said to you - He was busy and had several customers in front of him - and he could could call you AFTER he talked to Tyler and Russell. Before that - you called our front receptionist, 15+ times being very rude and stating your demands of what you wanted her to do . . which was not necessary. In this type of business as a Owner, it is very hectic and we do try to carefully handle each customer and each sale with care and concern. Sometimes, people slip through the cracks but in NO way are we in this business to rip people off. I do apologize if Rami, Tyler or Jimmy came across as being rude and dis-heartenging in anyway. No words can explain or reason. But, I will try to resolve this tomorrow. Is that the only problem - is the difference in money ?

That is all we wanted from the beginning. I would prefer (just like with the last check) for my brother-in-law or sister who live only 10mins away to be allowed to pick up the check for us. As you all know we just moved to the Chicago area and with the move and winter storm I do not want to run the risk of it getting lost. (We've had this issue in the past with the post office) Again, with the full refund in hand, we will remove all comments about your business and pretend it never happened, as we love our Jeep we ended up with and it's been a blessing in this winter storm. Just let me know when the check will be ready and if my BIL or sister can pick it up (like last time). Tyler should still have the receipt with the full amount we paid. Thanks.

No, no phone call needed. The banks still haven't received the checks. So we have been getting calls about the Kia and LR2 payments. We will call the banks back at the end of the week and make sure they have them! Thank you for getting back to me!
