Fortunately, as I've seen many times with Chris and Adam at HPFL, they look at things from the customer's viewpoint, and keep maintenance quick and reasonable, in proportion to the task. They couldn't recreate the problem so he didn't charge me. Even though whoever booked my appointment didn't tell me it wasn't covered under warranty and I had to wait weeks for it when I could have gone s me.
