I brought my two and a half year old and a gentleman with developmental disabilities. Some dealerships treated me as I, a women, should not be buying a truck. Daniel treated all three of us with respect and that he thought I should get a truck. He worked very hard to make it happen. He interacted with my daughter and my gentleman and talked to them the same way he was talking with me. overall I had a great experience and will defiantly return and recommend him to friends. More

We worked with Marc Halliday and had just a great experience overall. Marc was so easy to work with and went above and beyond with both vehicle purchases. I had been dealing with Freedom Nissan prior to that, and had such a ridiculously horrible experience with Nissan (ended up as Lemon Law for multiple transmission failures on a 2013 Pathfinder, and the Nissan dealership was awful). The contrast of environments between Heritage and Freedom Nissan is so dramatic - I would HIGHLY recommend Heritage to any of my friends and family. Every step, from purchase through service, is well thought out and never felt "pushy" in any way. I've purchased 8 vehicles as an adult in three different states and my experience with Marc at Heritage was the best I've had. More

Amazing service! I purchased a Camry from Laz Koep at Heritage Toyota back in November 2016. I brought my car in this May for regular maintenance and a tire change. I also needed the guys in the shop to touch up a few scratches. I dropped it off at 8am and by 1pm they were done. I was impressed with how speedy their service was! When I arrived to pick up my car, I couldn't even tell where the scratches had been because they did such a great job painting and buffing them out! Lastly, I have to mention that I always enjoy walking into the dealership to see Laz and the crew because the environment is so friendly and welcoming. Thanks all, keep up the excellent work! More

I totaled my car 5/24/17, I called Chuck that day to set up a meeting for that afternoon, we went, test drove the exact RAV4 I wanted! Came back 5/29/17 with my RAV4 and my fiancé came out with a Tacoma that he's always wanted! Chuck H is great, straight to the point, no BS and makes sure you get what you want! The floor manager, Andy Milburn, was great too, he stuck to what he said! The finicial department was great too! I would recommend heritage and the team to anyone I know looking!
