I was sold a car with a broken engine I purchased a Kia Forte 2014 from Heritage Toyota about a month and a half ago. I just got my car back from the Kia dealership today from being repai I purchased a Kia Forte 2014 from Heritage Toyota about a month and a half ago. I just got my car back from the Kia dealership today from being repaired. When I first looked at the car I was told that the reason it was so well priced was because it was off-brand. I took the car for a test drive and everything seemed ok. Marc ensured me the car was in great condition over and over again and when we finally settled on a final price I decided to purchase the car. I drove the car home and turned it on the next day to drive to work and an awful noise began coming out of the engine and even worse when the car accelerated. I took the car back to Heritage Toyota and they told me that the car is definitely not in good shape and it sounded like the internal part of the engine needed work. They then proceeded to tell me to go to the Kia dealership to get it fixed under the Kia manufacturer's warranty. It took a week and a half to get the car looked at and then approved to be fixed, and to also get me into a rental. I then waited another 3 and a half weeks to have a new engine built as the current one was ruined. So in short I purchased a car from Heritage where they had Kia foot the bill to fix my car on my time with me having to run around back and forth trying to solve this problem. I feel like I was lied to and I shouldn't have to be a mechanic to figure out if a 3 year old car is going to need this kind of repair a day after purchase. I will not be going to this dealership in the future and I would not recommend it to friends or family. More

His expertise regarding Rav4's was impressive in itself, however what I was most impressed with was his complete honesty and transparency when making the sale. When I realized the time needed to finish the sale would unfortunately overlap with a work meeting, Chuck was as helpful and flexible as possible. Not only did he allow me to pause the sale and go to my meeting, but he actually picked me up from the meeting, and brought me back to the dealership! That level of service is certainly very rare, and greatly appreciated. Travis was also very helpful when finalizing the sale, and was able to explain all paperwork to me in a way that I could understand, which was also much appreciated as someone who's never bought a car before. He worked hard to get me a good deal and got me out with a brand new vehicle in just a few quick hours. Chuck is extremely personable and you can tell from the moment you meet him that he wants to make sure you are taken care of. When I first got there, I was instantly greeted by Chuck Heingartner. After buying the vehicle and going through all the motions to buy it, I can say that my Heritage Toyota Experience was amazing. When looking at the vehicle, Chuck was excellent to deal with. He was very patient, thoroughly explaining very detail, very knowledgeable, and very helpful in every aspect of looking into and purchasing a vehicle. Travis Green from finances was excellent as well, explaining everything in good detail, and also patient as well. All in all, I strongly recommend going to Heritage Toyota, to check out any new or used vehicle. They have excellent vehicles, and the overall atmosphere at Heritage Toyota is amazing. More

Seth Tracy noticed that the tinting on my windows would not pass inspection, and he was able to have it removed by the detailing department so that my vehicle passed. Heritage Toyota staff even did a complimentary multi point inspection. The Shuttle service was also much appreciated. The two drivers who provided door to door service at drop off and pickup were safe, reliable and pleasant. All in all, I was very impressed with the service from this dealership, and plan on getting all of my future service and vehicle purchases there. More
