Derek Blood and Heritage Toyota changed all that. From the moment we walked onto their large, spacious salesroom floor we were warmly welcomed to their friendly sales environment. Derek is friendly, honest, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. There was never any pressure and it was clear early on that his goal was to match us up with just what we were looking for. His customer service skills are exceptional. He also stayed late so we could drive off the lot with our new car that evening. We were also very impressed with Christine Donahue in the finance office. After such an amazing experience I am not sure why I ever waited so long to find my Tacoma. My finances did not allow brand new truck. I showed up one weekend and Chuck knew about a used truck they just got in and brought it to the showroom for me. As soon as I saw the truck I knew she was the one! After a very confirming test drive, Chuck then continued to make the entire process as easy as possible. No stress, and worked with me for pricing. He knew what I wanted and went above and beyond with my new to me Tacoma. Finally have a reliable vehicle that I absolutely love! A Scion lasts a long time, but little things here and there crop up, and Tom haelped me decide what needed to be done that day, and what might need to be checked next time. I never felt hurried or pressured to make decisions. I had also brought in a discount coupon, and he found other ways to help me save money. Beat that! This is my 6th Toyota, but it won’t be my last. The service at Heritage is always great, and the waiting room light and roomy - plus the chairs are the most comfortable anywhere! More
