I had long wanted a Tacoma but had planned to wait a couple more years. Necessity brought me there after my old truck died on me and I was able to find a Tacoma in my price range. Marc was a wonderful salesman who went above and beyond to help me. Even though I was buying a "heavily used" truck from them Marc treated me the same as a customer buying a $50,000 Tundra. He was happy to dig out the truck I wanted after a snow storm and expedited it for the work it needed in the shop. In the future I will without a doubt be buying another Toyota truck from Marc and the team at Heritage. They really know how to treat customers. More

Zack was much more helpful, while letting us drive the process, and was respectful that we had our kids and not a lot of time on our hands. We test drove a couple, he showed us a third that wasn't even on our radar. We drove it impromptu, everyone loved it, but we had to run. He was fine with that, and repsonded immediately when I inquired for more info just a couple hours later. We bought the car that afternoon, and we're psyched!
