Found what I was looking for! I met Marc early in my search for a used AWD Toyota Sienna. The vehicle that I originally came in to look at was sold just before I got there. Marc continued to keep me posted about any vehicles that I may be interested in. Meanwhile, I continued my search elsewhere. Six weeks later I returned to Heritage to reconsider a vehicle that was initially out of my price range. He listened and was quick to answer any question I had. He also listened that I wanted a black truck and delivered on the day I was picking it up. (thought I was going to get grey also a good color for me) Jen Erwin from work told me that the staff at Heritage was top notch and she as well had looked at other dealers. everyone on the Heritage team made me feel welcome and I'm looking forward to seeing them again when I get my oil changed.
