His manager, Megan Terry, was also pleasant, professional, and timely in our negotiation. At the time of signing, I had our 3 children with us which was suboptimal but unavoidable. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff in the kid-friendly waiting area and Angus and his colleagues worked hard to get us out the door as efficiently as possible. Quick & Reliable When My Husband, Michel & I went to Heritage we were just looking for a car that I knew I would have to get within a few months. We were not there mor When My Husband, Michel & I went to Heritage we were just looking for a car that I knew I would have to get within a few months. We were not there more than 1-2 minutes and Patrick came up and asked us if he could help us and what kind of car were we interested in. He showed us a number of Rav 4s and then answered all of our questions that we had about them. Even though his shift was soon getting over with he continued to answer our questions and showed us a color that I fell in love with but it had to be a Hybrid. He took me out on a test drive & I could not believe how nice and quiet the car ride was. So we told him what we wanted and left and with in a few days he called and said he found one. We were excited, we met with him another time to fill out the paper work to get the car on it's way here. It was here within just a few days. We went to pick it up and again he answered all of our questions and was very patient & polite with us. I truly enjoyed dealing with Patrick Paterson in getting my New 2018 Rav 4 Hybrid.
