What I most appreciated was her eventual suggestion of a vehicle that fell outside the parameters of what I thought I wanted... but proved to be exactly the right car for me. 7th Tundra since 2008! Eleni sold them all to me. Heritage Toyota is my local dealership and Eleni has always been my salesperson! I'm a loyal customer and send friends to Eleni as well. She can be tough to understand at times, especially when it comes to negotiations, but I always leave feeling good about the deal. It is more than a price for me. I want to know that if I need help that she would be there for me. I feel that way about her and the entire dealership. I was very surprised to have my payment go down from what we agreed to because of a premium interest rate and possibly some Toyota loyalty program. Josh Cousino did my paperwork and it was quick and painless. I lease my trucks and generally trade every 2 years or so and the Tundra is a special type of vehicle because of it's high resale value. I guess I am lucky to be able usually trade without having to pay a lot out of pocket. I guess I should also thank Ryan Denecker, the guy behind the desk who writes the big checks for my trade ins. I think he knows that I don't work my trucks too hard and they will likely get top dollar for them once they are cleaned and tuned up! Overall, I am very pleased to be a customer of Heritage Toyota.
