To be honest the price wasn't that great, and I was not informed until towards the end of the negotiations (almost two hours) that the vehicle was not Certified, even though it was only two years old. A good friend suggested to call Chuck Heingartner at Heritage Toyota. I'm certainly pleased we did. We arranged a time to meet with Chuck and from the moment we sat down we felt completely at ease!
