Water on Drives side floor I have water on the drivers side floor after it rains. Brought in, the looked at the passenger side and told me sun roof drains ok but it was a block I have water on the drivers side floor after it rains. Brought in, the looked at the passenger side and told me sun roof drains ok but it was a blocked ac line and cleared it and it was now Ok, suspicious since I never noticed water on drivers side. Brought home , next day it rained and water still on floor well on passenger side. Called and brought back, they said it was sun roof drain blocked, cleared drain lines and now Ok. Rained next day, still water in well on drivers side. Called back, they said my service rep would call me to set up new appointment. Awaiting call. Someone is not doing a check of work or is not trained, or their Quality process is faulty. To me this is a systemic problem if it happens twice and still not correct More

I was initially looking to buy a used Toyota Tacoma, but after working with Mark and Conor, I ended up getting a new 2019 Tacoma in the right color an I was initially looking to buy a used Toyota Tacoma, but after working with Mark and Conor, I ended up getting a new 2019 Tacoma in the right color and at a price I was happy with. They did a great job working with me and making sure I was getting the best deal. The truck i got was on order so i was supposed to wait a week or so to get it, but they found the same truck at another dealer and were able to get it to me faster. He really took the time to show me multiple cars, was thorough in showing me all of the features of my car and explaining how to use them, and he brought me on a really fun test drive. He also gave me a good deal on my car and even added cross bars to the roof rails for me at no additional cost. I’m also impressed with his follow up with me after the purchase, which shows he cares about his clients. The dealership itself is really great too. They have a wide selection certified pre-owns and are competitively priced. I really like that they make sure you are set up with car insurance and register your vehicle for you. Yay, no trip to the DMV!! Finance was also very easy and they are honest with you. I opted to purchase an extended warranty which was a very reasonable add-on to my car payment. I highly recommend Heritage Toyota and Daniel, I will definitely be a repeat customer. More
