I gave Mark the maximum amount I could spend and he came back with a price that was 20.00 LOWER than I said AND it wasn't even the basic model. It included everything that I said I wanted plus MORE! I was shocked and SUPER HAPPY! I was introduced to many different RAV4's and Mark dealt with my pickiness like a champ. Mark has also contacted me to make sure I still love my car and to make sure I had all of the nice accessories set up correctly. I can tell the staff at Toyota is trained well and will go above and beyond for their customers. More

Right from the start, the experience was better than any other experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. The environment was open, inviting, and comfortable. The first purchase went very well, but the second was a disaster on any scale you could imagine. I have cancer and when we purchased the truck, I had to rely on the salesperson to answer questions honestly and arrange delivery, as we live a considerable distance away. They did deliver, but when it came in our yard, the inside of the tailgate was badly dented, the corrosion around the battery terminals was beyond belief and there was a tear in the back seat on the drivers side that I specifically asked the salesperson if it was a tear (as seen in the online pics) and he said it was a "button." Yes, there is a button there, but the tear was significant and right next to the button. Overall, he said the truck was "nice." Hardly. He took advantage of us and was very nasty after we took delivery when these things were mentioned. We overpaid (our fault) but even more so, we trusted him to help us given our situation. We also had an incident with the truck shortly after delivery in which the lug nuts on the LF wheel came loose on the interstate and the truck had to be towed to Burlington to re-torque the nuts. The service advisor said no one would be held accountable. When I picked up the truck, there was a huge greasy handprint on the passenger side front seat! Never, NEVER buy front this dealership! More

I really wasnt sure what I wanted because I had an FJ Cruiser and loved it, but they arent making them anymore...He listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had to be in a certain price range and i really wanted a particular color,interior, and make...he never gave up, he went to bat me and ultimately got it done. Its my first lease, and I am looking forward my new adventure...in my Rav4 Adventure!!! More
