I was first contacted by Lexi Williams about my interest in possibly trading in my vehicle and getting a new Tacoma, she helped me figure out what I would be comfortable doing. Colby was very good at making sure that I felt comfortable and not pressured at all. Once I took the truck for a test drive and had decided that I was interested in it, Colby walked my through the trade in process and helped me figure out what I would feel comfortable with for payments and all the paperwork that came with it. I did not feel at any point that I could not walk away and take more time to think if I needed to with Colby during the whole process, which is really refreshing to have as an experience while buying a brand new vehicle.
