Still, there was no delay in service. My tech noticed my expired inspection and added it to my list of items to address. I felt totally confident with his explanation of what would be done. Chuck was professional, knowledgable and knew when to advocate. He asked me what was important to me and we narrowed down my choices and decided on all the details of waht would make me happy with my first truck. With Toyaoto having the best resale value. I drove away knowing I had purhcased a great value! I have a couple of things to done such as a bed liner and heated seats and Chuck has made all of those appointments seamless.
